Hi Kathy. I think the warehouse sent an email about this one to all purchasers.
The CD ran out of stock, because the area where the CDs were was in "Returns." For some reason when the label sent it to the warehouse some of the boxes sat there. This didn't happen for everyone who ordered but there were some people affected by the out of stock issue. I'll put in a request for your shipping fee to be returned. But rest assured, CDs are on their way!

contact your credit card company and find out if there's a phone number associated with the charge on file... call that number. Also, this probably is not the best place for the webcrew to see this... I'd look for the Webcrew's thread and post in there if you can... usually it's not too far buried... either page one or two.

Hi Kim, Bob is Kid, Jimmie is Jimmie Bones-piano/keyboard player in TBT.. I wish I could help you with an answer. I spoke directly to Jessie Wagner in 09 before they opened for Bon Jovi, I took my son and his friend to their first concert it was just 3 day's before my son left for Marine boot camp and his friend for Army.. Jessie said she would try but could not make any promises.. I didn't tell my son so if it didn't happen he wouldn't be disappointed... So honestly I don't know if Jessie mentioned it or not but it didn't happen.. Good luck :)

Kim dont give up. Bob sometimes does the most amasing things . I will never forget him and Jimmie over the Mic on the lido deck with BIG Sam playing Amasing Grace for me I will hold that memory close forever..Dear Jimmie you were right I did go behind the big speaker and teared Up a bit...even country girls cry when they feel it...

Well, he's coming to my town on Sept.3rd and my son, who's the BIGGEST Kid Rock fan ever, his birthday is on the 5th. I was going for a Hail Mary and wanted to find out if he woukd tell him Happy Birthday at the concert. Here's to hoping, right?

I've done internet searches but apparently I'm not searching for the right thing. It always brings up "let us find a celebrity for you". I'm Googling "Kid Rock management". Any other suggestions?

I work for a small family winery in Jackson MI (70 miles west of Detroit) and we heard "KID" tried some of our wine and liked it, so we would love to get him here to do a private tasting!
