@HEATHER - I have already replied to you on your profile regarding your concerns but here it is again. The presales are always during normal business hours (usually at 3pm). It is very rare that we have a 5pm presale - I can't remember one in the past two years. Other local presales begin tomorrow at 10am and we want The KRC to be the FIRST to get presale tickets.

KRC admin - postposing the presale during normal business hours does not give everyone a chance to buy tickets! I left work early for today's presale which came over with only one hour's notice. I cannot go to work late tomorrow to buy concert tickets. I left work early the other day for the first presale too. WTH?

I do not normally complain, but this is seriously unprofessional!!

We are moving the presale to TOMORROW, Friday June 10 at 9:30am to ensure that everyone has a chance to get tickets. Thank you for your understanding. All accounts will be working at that time.

Same thing happened to me today, I posted on KRC admin. profile & asked for help. They fixed it with in a couple of hours.

I can't even pull up the discussion from KRC stating that some members are having problems, so....

What does it say after that? Did they change the presale time?

Presale has been moved to tomorrow June 10 so they can get this access thing figured out, you need to go directly to them to let them know the addy is http://www.kidrock.com/member/i/3430431/.

Good Luck they fixed mine already.

looks like they are changing the presale time. I could barely read it before it went off screen but I think it's 9:30 a.m. Friday June 10.
