it must be nice to be able to sit at home and order tickets online for a concert......until something like this happens.
all the people presale was meant for are getting screwed while the scalpers are getting their tickets if you havent noticed by now. (stub hub, etc.....)
i know people dont want the hassles of waiting in lines for tickets anymore, but you would have at least gotten tickets at face value instead of now paying the higher prices from scalpers.
technology is cool, but some things are best dealt with personally.
i think kid needs to sit down with his people, and figure this whole site out. its very poorly ran, takes a long time to get any replies (with the exception of yesterday).
i dont blame bob for the site being run the way it is, but i do blame him for the people he puts in charge. the buck always stops at the CEO, top dog. whos runnin this shit lol.
i think kid could use prisoners in jackson state prison and get better results. the people running this site just post a thing or two here and there, and then leave the site unattended for how long? someones milkin the kid, and his company for a lot of money.
hey kid, we know yo have money, but why ya throwin it away for crappy service like this? with the money your throwing away...i could have your own tickets printed, have them fed-exed, and make a lot of people happy while still saving you money.
i dont know what needs to be done, but your gonna lose a lot of members because of the shotty, careless attitude of the company(ies) running this site.

yeah pay 59 get a seat pay 79 you got to stand so they charge you more to stand then if you get a seat that is fucked up but wont let you buy the cheaper seat they charge you more and make you stand got 4 tickets for sale didnt realize I was standing

Yes, KRLO, they still have the salads. You can get them "to go" as well. They also sell the dressing. I loved the asian salad, too. Hudson's-another great Detroit memory...
it was the buttery muffins! not breadsticks, been a long time since I had one, I may have to go to Macy's, I hear they have saved the salad, not sure about the muffins.

im on other rock band sites too, and ive never seen it this frustrating for the members. i personally dont expect anything, thats why i dont pay to be a member. but i am an official kiss army member, and ive never seen such confusion. people get their stuff on time, tickets and packages on time. no complaints (except for what they charge). i know kids probably doing his best, but the fans are the bread and butter. have to keep them happy at whatever cost. it is a business, and his product will suffer because of the poor management of the site.
I appreciate KR Admin being here and trying to help yesterday but I agree Tony. It just doesnt need to be this hard. Most things here are a clusterfuck. and I dont understand why... Obviously, you will never make everyone happy but can we shoot for at least 75%. From T shirts to Tickets to getting a user friendly site FAIL.
Well... You really can't come down on Stub hub, they are basically the eBay of ticket sales. Anyone can list tickets for sale on Stub hub, than Stub hub takes their cut of the action. Yes more than likely there are many scalpers that sell on Stub hub, but you also have the average Joe selling alongside them too (which are both against the KRC purchase guidelines). I think the KRC Admin should research just who is selling them, and act accordingly (as they stated they would). Who knows? They may be investigating it right now... Bob may show up at their door and go all Waffle House on them!
we used to go to a place called showermans party store on 5 mile and merriman. spent many nights in that parking lot smokin funny things, and drinking. (i think a couple of girls even lost their virginity there lol) but we always walked away with good seats to some of the best rock and roll shows that came through detroit
Tickets used to be a different game. Now it is so scalped for any show it is pathetic. USED to be back in the day there was a portion of scalping. Now it is out of control. Whole companies milking ppl out of a house payment so they can go see their favorite show. Nothing ever gets done about it either. THE tickets should be in the hands of the fans @ face value. Our government has time to do all kinds of stuff yet they can't seem to stop something like this? I mean yeah they took down Wise Guys and yet tons of those same type of businesses still are in operation. I realize you can't get them all but shit come on. Least get it down to the old school ratio that it used to be. Maybe a few scalpers for every show. Then it is as Damon says "providing a service" not ripping ppl off.
It seems that a lot of people only join the club to access presale tix...They don't do their homework as to how to log in, set up an account, etc, and when tix go on sale, they don't know what they are doing. I have gotten tix through this site several times, gotten awesome VIP tix every time! This time I ended up with section D, row 3, seats 3 and 4...couldn't be happier! AND, I was done by 3:05!
Ya know Video, I remember standing in line at PK, We would come out and spend the entire night partying w/ others for the tkt sale that started at 9AM the next morning. Everyone took turns sleeping so we wouldn't lose our place in line. Fun memory. Plus we walked away w/ a ticket in hand. Never had to print it off.

All you have to do is read instructions properly and the ticket process was perfectly fine. I've bought tickets from here many times and have never had an issue.
Well said . I didnot tried to buy tickets but with " Spam " post going out of control , have mentioned it many times but never got a reaction, neither on Questions asked on the Board to the " webcrew " , at a moment I just stopped, I wonder myself what do they do ,how often are they online........
Dont think the site is user friendly too , not to mention the posts which only can be read if youre a member sometimes there are 10 on 1 page which I cant read , what business do I have then on the board ?
