With all this talk about a $20 tour and yes I see those dates....why do I have to pay over $160 for a single ticket on Sept. 21st ? (not including parking) I have already bought my 2 tickets for my wife and I, but it sure hurt the wallet on this one.

I am a member of KRC..received my email about presale starting at 3..but I cannot log in...it recognizes me by name but keeps taking me back to log in page!! HELP!!
Yeah, ummm.....I'm locked out, too, even though my user name shows at the top right when I sign in. It loops me back to the home page. This site is ridiculous! I've now, once again, missed out 100% on the tix offered for presale because of fiascos within this site.
It's not the first time. But I'm thinking it may be the last. Why waste my time?!?

I'd appreciate some direction on how to access the presale tomorrow morning for the Detroit show on Saturday August 13. Each time I've tried to review information on the KRC section of kidrock.com I've been redirected back to the sign on screen. From what I've read, many others are also having this issue. Will this be resolved in time for the presale tomorrow? Is there a password and link to access the presale? Will this be sent to KRC members via email or should we expect to find it on the website? Thanks for your attention to this! (I've also posted this request in the general comments category...thank you for your help!)

@KRC ADMIN...I know you said earlier that everyone who has posted here should be fixed but my account is still looping from KRC login to asking me to join. I can't even read the article about the presage because when I click "more" it takes me to the login page even though it already has my name at the top of the screen. It's just a continuous loop of logging in then being asked to join. I've cleared my cookies and history with no impact. Any help is appreciated.
I am having the same problem when I go to The KRC I get the page to buy membership, enter my log in and it goes right back to the same page. Am I doing something wrong??????

My account is the same, PLEASE SOMEONE FIX! My wife and I are going to ride the Harley up and leave the kids back in Illinois 8 hours away for this concert.
We have seen him several times in Detroit and been on BOTH cruises and it's pissing us off that we can't get tickets when we have plans to leave the kids behind.
PLUS, I'm a HUGE Red Rocker fan!!!!

Total BS! This is the second time I've tried to use Pre-Sale for Detroit shows and something happens with the site. Sent an email and received no response. Like I'm really going to renew my membership... NOT! I'll have better luck winning the tickets on the radio..

Its great that some people got tickets, but I am mad because I didn't even have the chance to access the pre-sale. Ridiculous.
WHO do I contact for a refund on my membership? I am paying $40 a year to not even be able to log in when it MATTERS. Whoever thought it was a good idea to update the website right before a major ticketing event like this was not thinking straight because the pre-sale process was clearly NOT tested properly. I am a loyal fan and beyond frustrated and disappointed right now. What a joke.
