I called artist arena and they fixed it. You have to have the same password for the congregation and the fan club. My passwords were different so it was not allowing me access.

Clear browswers and allow cookies. if that doesnt work call and order tickets on the phone

Here are two seating maps that might be close to accurate for Kid Rock. Can't say for sure though.

http://www.seatingcharts.com/view_chart.asp?id=132977&locid=132977 (this is the one for Jay Z and Eminem) I figure they are both pretty close or would have to be.

I couldn't find one designated for Kid Rock...Maybe someone else can...
