no she didnt move out of michigan. she moved in with her boyfriend just a couple/few months ago.
i used to go to her house and hang out, and her boyfriend was hilarious. he kept us all in stitches. great guy, and kim seemed very happy to be with him.

Video, I remember her page at the old community and it was filled of pictures of her and her girls! I mean I can't even describe to say how upsetting this is to me and I can't even think or begin to imagine how her children and boyfriend are. Just goes to show that just somebody on line can touch your soul that much.

To let my mind feel her family's pain is just heart-breaking.

She definately could go deep. We had some awesome conversations on-line.That's what was so cool about Kim, she made a difference through her words. On the lighter note yeah her sense of humor was great!! no doubt!!

So did she stay in Michigan? or did she move when her boss moved (it was something like that)

thats how me and kim got to be firends missy. we both had that sharp sense of humor, and loved to shock people by blurting out the strangest shit lol.
but the in depth conversations we had were really great. we talked about a lot of things that went on in both of our lives that nobody else will ever know about.
she was a good woman,and was finally happy with the man she fell in love with. i know he has to be absolutely heartbroken by this. i know him too, and i cant imagine what he's going through as well as her two daughters which to them kim was their whole world.

Kelley, Thank you for answering. I was hoping I was wrong about who it was and maybe it was someone I did not know. Not that I wouldn't feel compassion. I just was hoping I was wrong and it wasn't the Kim we know. When you answered back with yes, 2 daughters, my heart knew this was a sad reality that hasn't quite sunk in just yet. I am still in a sense of shock. So sudden. Way too soon! Sorry about your loss also.

I thought I'd share a couple comments about Kim and I and how I got to know her on-line. I posted a blog about remembering a dear friend that also went way too soon, *somewhat back* It wasn't a downer kind of blog. More of a *hey I will never forget you kind of blog into cyberspace* and telling some funny moments and the first time I met my friend and what was my first interaction (with my didn't know at the time new *BFF*)- is that she fell down a flight of stairs right in front of me and I was laughing so hard I almost couldn't stop to helping her up. That was my first reaction, and then we turned out to be the bestest of friends* It was just the craziest way to meet her. Who knew? Yet I am blessed I had that chance to be her friend.

Anyhow I did not expect anybody to even comment on my blog yet Kim responded to it in such a cool manner and it opened us into blogging buddies and sharing some good times and great conversations. She said "why is it when somebody falls in front off us we laugh first, before we ask Are you Ok and help! Like what kind of twisted sense of humors do we have that, that is our first response?" haha (in so many words along with some other nice thoughts and kind words) and an on-line friendship Kim and I shared. It's a nice memory, one I will treasure, it opened the door to more discussions with her and sharing her life with me also. It was a really nice way to actually become on-line buddies with Kim. Good Story-Good Memory for me. Grateful to have them.

I never had the opportunity like others on these Kid Rock boards to hang out, go see a show, down a drink with her in person.etc. (So I could just imagine what some of you are feeling with this loss.) She did though open up on line and I got a true sense of what kind of woman she was. Kind, helpful, funny, good people. We shared some stories and things that might have been going on throughout our lives. Did she ever move from Michigan?? She was talking about it at one time. I will always remember (another funny memory) like all of us, back then, would read in on some of the discussions going on and sometimes *NOT* comment lol on certain heated debates, disagreements, what have ya,... etc... etc lol *You always knew Kim was on-line reading in*, cause she would just throw a *great, straight-shooting, on point, funny ass, comment/statement sometimes just so random Just with the F*ck it all- attitude* haha. With a kind sarcastic sense of humor!! Snap!! That is always why I thought her username was, what it was. *Snaps* yet I don't think that is the case. Yet that is what I want to *remember*it as lol. Loved her comments. Always made me smile or laugh out loud. :) Thank you!

Last post that I had a chance to read that Kim posted was on the old/still around community and her helping other members and fans about the layout of the *D* and the arena for Kid's birthday bash. Genuinely came off as a kind-cool-bad-ass chick. :)

I remember her telling us in a blog about the a**holes in the cold Michigan Winters that didn't shovel or salt their sidewalks and she took a fall on the ice.*Especially after commenting on my blog* The way she descibed the incident was just so Kim. TFF.. Thanks for good conversations, funny thoughts and some laughter, She will definately be sadly missed with such good memories.

Again my heart and prayers go out to all her friends, family, Kid Rock family, and to Kim's Girls, God Bless.

Tony, She never put up with any shit and scolded me many times for getting involved in drama. She was a true caring, loving woman and it seems like the last year her life was where she wanted it. She was happy and in love. It just is so sad..... I cant hardly believe shes gone....

Sad sad- look I may Be a man, but dang, we are like a Family of sorts, this I have been thinking about since this morning, we are all close to this / Snaps I mean, I always feel things with my Heart, I'm sure way too much, :(~~ very upsetting'
Really I feel in a heavy way for her little Girls , what is going through their little minds !

Yall are Awesome , I'm praying for this!!

My heart is broken. Snaps was one of the 1st people I met online at EKR. She was fun and amazing and so proud of her 2 beautiful girls. And she Loved Rock and the Band.

I am a better person for having known her and I thank her so much for her support during my cancer fight. She leaves a big empty space in our Kid Rock Family....

Years back we would blog on the old site, sassy, funny with a great sense of humor kind of woman :)

I did not expect to read this...still in awe, RIP Snaps, *Snapple* some called her also. I forget why she chose that username. I think she told us in the past. I don't recall anymore though.

Will miss ya! Prayers going out to her family.

Awe, so sorry for the loss to Kim/aka "Snap's" Family & to my Kid rockin Family here in Now.
She will be greatly Mised for sure!
Death is a very strong thing to except & it lingers for ever in Our Hearts, so sad to Loose someone at such a Young age/ actually sucks & we ask why God & theres no answer!
Please yall lets only think Happy thoughts of Snaps, Im sure she would do the same of Us!!
