i purchashed tickets for the st louis concert in july. i signed up for the fanclub under my husbands name. but, i purchased the tickets under my name. now we have to show id to get our tickets that day. my husband works nightshifts that night. and, we live five hours from st louis. what do i do??? i need major help.

That is why I am glad I bought my presale through my Citi credit card. I got better seats plus they were mailed and in my hands in two weeks.
i dont understand why the tickets cant be mailed to the purchaser. its probably late for that now, but why is it like that? i would be worried about a computer glitch or something. i would need to physically have the tickets in my hand

I agree with Jeff and Margo...if the purchase is under your name and credit card, you are ok. You will be showing your ID to match your credit card purchase. I hope this all works out for you!!!
I think Jeff's right... maybe bring a photo copy of your husbands drivers license & your license & the credit card that was used to purchase the tixs.
I'm under the impression that whoevers name is on the credit card is who needs to bring ID and ( possibly) the confirmation email.

I have tried all the ones I have. I have called ticket master, verizon ampitheater and artrista. The responses I got from emailing on this web site is to go to the discussions to get answers.....DUH
the fan club should have it easier than just people buying tickets elsewhere. i got mine in the mail two days after i bought mine online. why cant this place do the same?

Talk to the KRC fanclub. You purchased under your name and they usually ask for that, but this is for KRC so ask them if they can put your name on the account instead of his. Explain the situation. DD what should she do? Go to the fanclub page KRC and get started. You got til July to get this sorted out. Kind of curious as to why this didn't occur to you when you signed up for the membership? Not trying to be mean or beat a dead horse here or nothing....
I am SO angry! I have been on this stupid phone all day. Only to find out artrista will NOT allow a name change in who can pick up tickets. Therefore, I possibly wasted $265.well, 00 on tickets to St Louis. Well, who know what to do?? My husband will not b going to concert as he works that night. And, we live 4 to 5 hrs away. Oh, and I must mention Artrista employees that I spoke to were very rude. Like I was trying to pull something over. I know people try. I was not!! Kid if you or any one of your people who work for you, your assistance in this would be greatly appreciated. I know there are rules. But, I am darn mad!
try to see how early you can get the tickets from the box office. maybe call a day or two in advance and arrange to pick them up the day before if possible. usually the solution is only a few calls away.
Id say call the peeps that ya bought your tickets from and explain the situation.
