Summer event season is in full swing in the Quad City area. And as the events go on, so does severe weather.
Event organizers must plan for any possible weather conditions. Burlington Steamboat Days President and Des Moines County Sheriff, Mike Johnson, said organizers run through exercises with emergency management crews.
"We think of all possible scenarios that could happen at Steamboat Days," he said.

Not a big hockey fan but i did see the Blues play once a couple of years ago and loved it. I wouldn't mind seeing a couple of hockey games a year.

my "girls" started heading south after the 3rd kid..... 4 years ago.... been a tear in my beer ever since.... its not fair really.... we women have the babies, keep the house clean, do all the laundry, cook all the meals, provide taxi service, up at night with sick kids, grocery shopping, and 90% of the time hold down a part-time, or full-time job as well.... OH, and let us not forget....you better look like a super model while doing it all..... yeah.... fuk that..

I would be interested to know if he is writing or shall we say working on new music as he says he is concentrating on the music end more so now. Not that i know Bob/KR but i just guess he will @ least finish the tour, take a break and then start working on a new album. That is how most musicians do it...
lord, I hope that Bob doesn't actually read this stuff. lol just cause I know that if it was me, it'd be like listening to your own funeral or something. PKL you are really trying to mack on Bob? HE has women throw themselves @ him left and right. Like he says he don't have to pay for it, he is in a rock band. Waste of time if you ask me. Let me see here before i sold 11 million i had fat girls in West Virginia after 11 million i had Pamela Anderson. My personal opinion is he would have been better off with WV. But hey it is what it is. I know what i think of Pam and if i speak it i might be banned. But hey PKL i think i would rather see Rock with you then her. Now bout chatzy. It isn't a bad place to drop in for a bit. People seem okay there to me. Not a bad place to hang and chat with other Kid Rock fans.
