    Tickets on sale before Pre-sale!

    I was really bothered by the fact that I had gone to the Hartford comcast theatre venue website on Monday, April 4th and saw tons of tickets for sale for the show. This is before the Pre-sale! The prices were very high. It appears that the venue was selling tickets, which looked like scalpers would buy and resell.     I know that you state that you are trying to improve the system of ticket sales to be fair. What is this all about? I got my presale ticket today so I'm all set, but the person next to me may have paid a whole lot more!

I bought tickets for Aug 25th concert. They weren't on sale here but were at the venue.

I'm not sure they do have them, although they said they were selling them on Monday. The prices were outrageous! I don't know if people sent money in for tickets and they're not gonna get them or what....

Wow, thanks! I had wondered if it was legit. So it was bogus that they had tickets for sale at all?

Hi Linda, that is NOT the official ticketing website for Hartford. That is not the venue selling tickets. That is a reseller (scalper) site selling tickets. You can be sure that they did not get their tickets in our presale!
