.....for the Bob Seger show?? I thought that would get your attention hee hee
It would be nice!!!! I'm sure Seger wouldn't mind if you hopped up for a song. Heck, just come and see the show!!
I'm going, anyone else? See you next Tuesday!
Val, nope no frequent flyer miles, (well I do with virgin america big bummer they dont fly to MI ) I fly whoever is cheapest with no stops,:), I have seen Seger, once in Detroit, right after christmas, then Vegas, then Oakland CA. he has been my #1 since the 3rd grade :) cant help it luv him, please post pics though, that would be fabulous!, I have been searchin but tickets are not cheap right now, my sis is gonna be bummed I know it.
till 2morrow folks good night,,,,
I live way south. Nashville is about 3 - 3 1/2 hours from me. I am closest to St. Louis in reality. It is about 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours away. Depending on what part of St. Louis we are talking about. Sheryl Crow is a hometown girl to me....
Nashville is cooler then the flip side of my pillow. Been to Ryman, been to Bridgestone, been to the Limelight. BTW don't never get a seat in the 300 level at Bridgestone. It is way the fuck up there...Ryman does have something in there as well. People say it is haunted. It is, i felt like something was watching me and it wasn't other ppl. I saw Melissa Etheridge there. She came out burning sage from the right of the stage if you are in the audience, left if you are on stage. I'll tell you what that was the most peaceful feeling in the world i think i have ever had. I have never felt that way at concert before. It was like there was happy dust in the air or something...
Never been to Michigan, not saying i would mind or nothing. It is my neighbor of course. I am in Southern Illinois. Midwesterners need to stick together, just leave Indiana outta this and we are good capache?
Still yet i would like to see Seger. Fact is i need to . He is a bucket lister to me. One i want to see but haven't. Saw Tom Petty at Bridgestone last year that is how i know about the nosebleed section. Saw Ozzy in January, he was another bucketlister. Now just a few others that are living. Mainly the Rolling Stones. Heard a nasty rumor they would tour this year, the Stones squashed that rumor quick. They got to get Ronnie sorted out and back in the band is my guess why they are in a holding pattern.
Nashville would be fun, Ajay, but seeing Seger in MI would be better if you're close enough!
Sorry to hear about the gallbladder probs..ugh
Hey I'd consider being a snowbird myself if I could pull it off; the summers in MI are beautiful, but today? Yuck. Spring storm with sleet, ice, snow. I could do Jan-April in FL and the rest in MI...:)
Yeah i am considering hitting the Nashhville Seger show myself. There is a great BBQ place around the corner from the Ryman on the main street. I think the name of it is Jack's or something. Lots of bars too. Not sure if i will be able to do that at the time with my gallbladder problems or not. Will have to see if i have it resolved a bit by then. I'm not gonna take no chances. Course my parents are outta state. They are what you call snowbirds/motorhome camper ppl. Wish i could pop down to Florida and see them. Talked to moms today she wants me to wait to get surgery till she gets back...That blows ass because it has been misery. I tried to tell her that...Instead she will probably make me wait...
I'm sorry Ms. Laura, I was just pulling everyone's leg and hoping he would drive up I-75 for the show.
It would be great if you could go...any frequent flyer miles you can cash in?
I was thinking since he doesn't have anything on the tour schedule till the cruise, maybe an appearance at his buddie's concert could be in order? Really just wishful thinking.
But if you can't come to MI,and he does show up, I'll post pics :)
My sister is going, she has main floor wants me to go (I live in Cali) god I wish I could go.. where did you hear this??????
