It aint as much about whatcha kill as it is about the memories ya make.
They call my dad the "great white hunter" (although he is part Native American...) so every year half the town wants to hunt with him, lol. He was just written about in a book about real working cowboys. He was also in the "Saturday Evening Post" in the late 1950's, they did a story on cattle round up. He was so young! Loved those pictures. Not too bad for someone from a small town that never acted in movies or sang any songs.
I watched the concert in Malta again last night. I am jealous. I have always wanted to go there. I hope that you were able to do some sight seeing and enjoy that trip. I always wonder if Junior gets to go to some of these kewl places with you. He seems like a really great "kid". That is a positive reflection on his father!

Sounds like a perfect Sunday to me. Glad you had fun! We actually get some pretty big dear here in Ohio. Our house backs up against a wooded area, sometimes early in the morning you walk outside to smoke and get a surprise. LOL
...and Donna, don't get upset. I wasn't being mean. I was just playing, and believe it or not, some of the biggest rednecks I've ever met in my entire life live in Michigan and most have never left the State. XOXO

Wanna come over, I am sure, with the right connections, you would be able to hunt the woods and fields of the baron of Unterbessenbach. ;-)
Whats up Rock from the ATX. I am trying to budget a trip from Austin To Detroit on January 15th to kick off your tour with you and celebrate your 40th. I love the new album. Bob i bartend at Sugars in Austin And i would love to buy you a shot of Beam next time your in Texas. I am hoping to see you on the 15th but if i can not swing that on the bucks i will definatley be at the febuary 1st or feb 8th show in witchita or bosier city la. You went too far south! We've got about 3 bucks living in our backyard right now and our area is in population overdrive. Saw at least a dozen on my last trip to the movies. Picked up some MICHIGAN whiskey yesterday and it's awesome!
Donna, I was born and raised in N.E. Florida and S.E. Georgia. I'm as "hick" as it gets. Yes, I live up here in Michigan now, but my roots are still firmly attached in sand and red clay.
