Summer event season is in full swing in the Quad City area. And as the events go on, so does severe weather.
Event organizers must plan for any possible weather conditions. Burlington Steamboat Days President and Des Moines County Sheriff, Mike Johnson, said organizers run through exercises with emergency management crews.
"We think of all possible scenarios that could happen at Steamboat Days," he said.

@Redwing, bless you girl! I had my kids when I was 37 and 38 (Irish twins, 12 mo. apart). One kid was late and the other kid was early. Gotta love those C-section scars!! Now I have 2 bellies, one above the scar and one below!! LMAO
And the only thing I found out about getting larger is that your boobs get bigger. Hooray!
