PRODUCT IDEA. In Kentucky they sell bourbon beer. It is beer with the taste of bourbon via holding in the barrels. VERY GOOD. Since you have both beer - badass and bourbon - redstag, why not combine them into a new beer. PLEASE let me know if you need a taste tester or other brilliant fucking ideas. I am full of them and ready to hire.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for all the good work you do. I admire how you stand up for for what you believe in and everything you've done for Detroit is amazing. I love that you're taking that spirit out on the road and are trying to help those in need all across America. You have a huge heart and it shows in all you do!
While it's easy to see the charities and organizations you help, I'm sure there are plenty of people like me you help without even knowing it. About this time last year my life fell apart and I was in a really dark place. Shortly after that Born Free came out and I must have listened to that CD for hours every day. It gave me strength and helped me get through what was truly the worst time of my life. For that I can't thank you enough.
See you next month at the HOB in Chicago for what I'm sure will be one hell of a show!

Hi Webcrew. I don't want to sound bitchy, I'm just getting really frustrated. I posted two weeks ago about the Raleigh vip issue and have been patiently waiting for a reply. I also waited 6 weeks for the issue to first be resolved by the box office. Any concrete direction would be greatly appreciated. The box office doesn't return calls and artist doesn't reply to emails. In a nut shell, the box office ran out of the vip bags and contents for myself, my two friends, and anyone else behind me in line. My order was #630212 and the concert was Aug. 25 at the Time Warner Cable Music Pavilion. Thank you.

AHHGGGGGG! I have spent the last hour on the phone getting the run around. Artist says it's a Live Nation issue and when I talked to Live Nation, they tell me they have no records since artist put out the tickets. Artist arena folks seem just as frustrated with Live Nation as I am. Artist has a list of people who this has happened to and have shared it with LIVE NATION. The person responsible at Live Nation does not respond to Artist. I just would like what I paid for. I in no way hold Kid responsible for this. Live Nation is giving me the run around. Someone has dropped the ball and they need to be held accountable. I took two friends to concert, VIP tickets, and this is embarrassing. Seriously, it's not rocket science Live Nation-do the job KID pays you to do!!! And, they have ticked me off.

I went to the Raleigh concert ( Aug. 25) and they ran out of the VIP bags with the stuff in it. The box office took my name as well as my two friends' names and addresses but we haven't received anything. I called the box office in Raleigh and they said they haven't received anything either from the concert promoter. Could you please advise me? Thanks.

Bobby (K Rock),
You were raised on vinyl, started your career in basements spinning records (you even mixed a house party in my basement a few times back in the day when you were promoting your "grits" tapes). Question??? I wonder why you're music isn't available on vinyl. As a DJ and musician, you know there is nothing more pure than a party full of fine hoes, cold beers, fat cigars and loud music, bumpin to the sounds coming straight from 2 Technics and a mixer.

I've looked for your vinyl everywhere, I even tried to have it made myself....but that would be stealing and I, like you, would never take/steal another mans hard work without making damn sure the artist (you) who poured his heart and soul into making those jams, got his.
I know I'm not alone, and I've been meaning to ask you several times over the years playing hoops at your house, but just didn't want to talk business when we're ballin, talkin shit and hangin' with the boys. But, if it's possible, I would love to get some vinyl pressed....they would make an excellent addition to my record collection. My Tech 12's would be proud to know you are making them rock.

Thanks for always staying true to yourself...and never letting the fame cloud where you came from. Hope to see you again for b-ball someday soon. You've come a long way since playing shows at the BlindPig in AnnArbor, but you're still the same Bobby. I admire that.
Get some vinyl out there....I know you can make money from it...and you don't even need Apple and the I-Tunes bullshit to do it.
I'll see you soon...no doubt. Probably at P.Airport.
Hope you get this message, shakes can pass it along if he has to.
Thanks for doing what you do, and never letting people tell you otherwise.

I'm sooo glad your coming back to buffalo. i guess i was lucky to get tix but i sat ready for a hour before they went on sale. I saw the darien lake show and that was awesome and I've been to the ballroom for other shows and I know this will be amazing

HOLLI_4's picture

Couldn't get tickets through fan even had a code, next time I tried the link went right to Live Nation, I emailed the fan club they didn't get back to me until today and now the show is sold out! I checked out ebay and some loser is selling two tickets at 160 each. Really they were 50 bucks! I am so disappointed in the expirence I have had with the fan club, I got crappy seats for a show in July in Pittsburgh, and now that I was willing and eager to drive 3 and a half hours to Maryland for a GA show I can't even get the damn tickets! Come on, please Kid send me two tickets!

conce1967's picture

I also have tried to get tickets for the Buffalo Town Hall ballroom show. 1000 tickets at $50 . Sold out in 5 minutes. Sure I can pay scalper prices of $600 but I know I certainly can't afford those. I guess some shows are just available for the elite even though I know Kid Rock wouldn't want it that way and have the working class who actually work hard for their money enjoy some time off . It really is a shame since right in my back yard but I would have a better chance of seeing a show in another state and incur those costs. : ( I will continue to go to shows that I can and have been to a few already since I am sure things like ticket sales etc are out of his control as strange as that may seem.

Keep up the good work kid rock! I love you and you're music. I saw your show in ATL in august and I will probably never see a show as great as yours! I tried to get tickets for your 11-10-11 show, and they were already sold out! :'( But, I had a feeling they would be because most of your shows do sell out! :)

I have a potential partnership that I'd like to present to Kid Rock... Our products are manufactured and packaged here in Dallas, Texas. The deal is very sweet... And Southern!

Thanks for your attention.

@ DENISE Could not have said it better myself. I scored two tickets for chicago on the pre-sale on the first try. Enjoy your show.

denise_3x SURVIVOR's picture

sorry!!! meant to say below: NO SCALPING! *not scalpering.

denise_3x SURVIVOR's picture

Can't "speak" for anyone but myself but to those with "issues" about the Presale tix not being available....I am JUST A FAN (no connections, NO SCALPERING, etc..) and I DID get two tickets to the Atlanta,GA show by simply doing what was asked of members on KidRock.com . I have been a member since March 2008 (I think) and yes, I did get an email with code for presale tickets. My experience was that YES, at first ticketmaster kept telling me no matches for two tickets any price, and it kept saying to TRY AGAIN. So I did and eventually after about 20 minutes it popped up and allowed me to purchase two tickets. PERSERVERANCE was all it took. Maybe to you "nay-sayers" I would suggest giving it MORE TIME to get you into the system. I believe those whom did not recieve a code were simply trying to secure tickets in hopes that they would get thru without a code, or that maybe the code was expected and they held onto the tickets as long as the system would allow. I am sorry that your wish was not granted and I will be MORE than HAPPY to share the experience with you all in "story time" after the show. Just don't let it get you down, there will be more shows and I am sure that the tables will turn for you. And to the "Scalpers" proffiting OFF these "PRESALE" TICKETS I say: (with my finger pointed RIGHT AT YOU!) NAUGHTY! NAUGHTY! You will, someday, GET what is COMING TO YOU for CHEATING the SYSTEM!!! Karma is a BITCH! And you will MEET UP WITH HER SOONER or LATER!!!

andreawelt's picture

How is it that the tickets were sold out on KRC presale and Tickemaster at 10 am, the same time they went on sale? Really that makes no sense, esp since you can only purchase 2 tickets per KRC member. I understand the venues are smaller but really? Who are the people getting the good tickets. I would pay for good tickets but not $900 a ticket for a reg. price ticket that sells for $65-100. So if anyone wanted to buy from the scalpers, do the tickets even still work , if they are will call only and must be picked up by the person that bought them w/ a valid id and credit card? How are they getting around that?

I would love to know the contact address to send an actual fan letter to Kid Rock. It would be great if that address and information was included on this official website. Thank you :)

Just a thought.... Considering the theme and timing of the upcoming shows I was thinking why not ask everyone attending to bring a non perishable food item with them. All you have to do is contact a local organization that collects food to distribute to families in need and they do all the work. Although I try to live by the "pay it forward" rule, I understand that not everyone does so maybe you could give a raffle ticket for each item donated for a chance to meet Kid. Ok, maybe that was pretty big/wishful thinking I 'm sure the greedy grinches would be more than happy with 10% off merchandise or a buck off of a drink, lol. Even though I have been to 4 concerts this year I am EXCITED to be part of the "CARE" movement and will be at the Beacon (and if I'm really good The Fillmore, love the general admission shows I always get front of stage). I would be happy to help in anyway for that show.

I have been a long time fan of your kid rock.thanks to my son who introduced me to your music and we have been together ever since, your music has had an influence in my life important milestones and just day to day survival. rock'n roll jesus and born free are played daily they get me through my day. when i say survival its true my sister was murdered 3yrs ago only 27yrs old, it was her coworker who then committed suicide .. the last three years have been a constant struggle. but i can honestly say your music got me through some dark times. thank you!! I look forward to your next album and the journey i will embark on with it, homicide survivors have very little support here in Canada unless of course you have money, in the aftermath of my sisters death we started a homicide support group. we have no funding from the gov't money is raised by fundraising and some out of our pockets. when i heard your song care i knew something more was to come from you and it is amazing what you are doing, I cant fix everyone, I dont have loads of money but I care and that goes along way. Thank you kid rock for the inspiration ! ...much love sue xo

Love your video of Born Free too! Keep it real, Take good care and God Bless ! :)

You play in Orlando the same weekend as our CHADD conference there. I admire all the resources you've brought to various cities & organizations. Would it be too much to request tickets for our silent auction at the event? CHADD helps kids & families with ADHD figure out a better life. Anything you could do would be greatly appreciated. And if there is nothing you can do, thanks for all else you have already done.
