Heard a song by Fun think it is called Some Nights being used to advertise some product, it is just that it is so messed up that they are using that song to promote a product because at the end of the song they say, wonderful things came from lying . If that is my song and it goes right with Through Glass, Stone Sour sings the stars lie, and Sixx AM Lies of the Beautiful people, I just keep saying they were doing more than lying .

Hmmmm kind of funny none of us could get tickets because of all the problems but all the scalpers are already selling them. They can even ship you the tickets. Kind of funny they have the tickets to ship when you can only pick them up from will call. I was emailing and commenting all day and they keep telling me there was no problem with my sign in. I could sign in like I said but when I went to click on the link it would send me back to sign in page. It finally did let me get onto link after 5pm. Tickets were sold out so I kept refreshing. Twice I actually even got to get to the buy tickets but once I put in my order It would tell me to finish click on ticketing on top and then boot me out. My computer runs fine and NRVER have problems with any sites including this one until it comes time to buy tickets. Once again the scalpers had no problems getting them though and have tickets to ship now. Hmmmm????????
What a waste of a day! This is now the third time this has happened. This is why the scalpers exist! How will we know if there are more tickets added? I guess it wouldn't matter anyway. Looks like we'll be paying those scalping ticket prices anyway for those VIP seats. For us fans that pay the yearly fee and sit and refresh for hours, and end up with NOTHING - it really sucks. We're the working folks who want to get tickets early at a fair price and just look forward to a good time in the "D".
Huge fan, have seen Kid Rock 10+ times including WoodStock 99 and his 40th Bday bash in Detroit at Ford Field. However, I am very disappointed in the Kid Rock fan club ticket purchasing process. Every time I have used it, the process has been very difficult, not user friendly and very frustrating. having to scroll through already sold out shows to get to the one you need to purchase isn't necessary. The second you sign on when they go on sale it says its sold out so you have to refresh all the time, but when you refresh you have to go through all of the dates that are sold out already. The usability and functionality of the ticket purchasing processes is very old, not practical and outdated. I have had problems with it on more than one occasion and was very disappointed when I bought my tickets today to see that the process hadn't changed yet.

Took a long time but finally got VIP tickets. Yea!! No one is trying to scam anyone....it just takes patience! I can only imagine the overwhelming number of people that are all trying to get on at the same time.

Sounds like it happened to everyone! I had no problem logging in but everytime I tried to get the link it woul boot me back to the sign in page. Same thing happened to me last year. Im starting to wonder if there are no presale tickets and its just a scam to get us all to pay for the fan club. I am a HUGE fan of the kid and have NEVER missed a Detroit show. This is a HORRIABLE site though. I better get my membership money back. I let it slid last year but this is SICK!!!!!!
I hope the administrator gets back to all these complaints and fixes them... This is BULL S**T!!!!
Glad to say I am not the idiot I thought I was an 1.5 hours ago. I just tried again... and NOW see the link to buy tickets, of course sold out, but happy to know that it was just not me missing something.

I paid to renew my membership thinking that was the problem with the Detroit pre-sale, but that didn't fix it. I already had a valid membership. I think my money should be refunded - I was not able to get tickets, so the $ was for nothing. The problem evidently was with the login and should have been fixed.
OK, so they squeaked out a few more but they were all the high-end stuff. My concert budget is tapped pretty much for the summer. I need a six pack
Pinks46, I refreshed for TWO hours for the DTE tickets last summer and got them. KEEP TRYING. I know it sounds ridiculous but it worked for me. Keeping my fingers crossed for you.

OK, so they squeaked out a few more. I went for the Six-Pack and it defaulted to "2" under the quantity. I figured thaT MUST BE RIGHT SOmehow so I said "buy" and got shut out because I APPARENTLY SHOULD HAVE CHANGED THE QUANTITY FROM "2" TO "1" MYSELF.
If they can't set this up right, WHY DO IT AT ALL?
Glad to see I'm not the only one that feels messed over. 3:02, picked 4 tickets, entered capcha and click here and asks me to log in...... went back to try again and SOLD OUT
and admin don't tell us you need to refresh since I have been doing that for the last 35 minutes now and still nothing

How could tickets be sold out right @ 3? I went on right at 3 and couldn't get tickets and sat here for 15 minutes and kept refreshing and still no tickets. I have never been able to get tickets and I am a paid member so I can get presale I have not made to a concert yet.
Go back and try again. I've been hitting refresh for 20 minutes and tickets just came back up. Good luck!!
everytime i hit the "link for the presale tickets" it told me to log in, so i would log in, and the same thing happened again..... i couldn't even get to the link to buy the tickets! not fair!
Hi There!! VERY VERY disappointed with pre sale tickets member re newed been to all your concerts live in your home town it was 3:01 for vip tickets sold out come on. Whats up with that??
this site is a scam. Join the fan club so you can get presale.Sit and wait for the tickets to go on sale then blam instant presale sold out in 10 secons? no tickets I belive it is rigged just to get people's cash. Thanks

this was a very disappointing experience, like many others... what are we paying for not to mention where the heck is the link to buy tickets at???? I will not renew again, I got suckered into this, this morning and wasted precious time!
LIS exactly what the hell is the 9.95 for, to waste time? Its crap. Now off to the scalpers we go...........
