There's no reason to work for the man in this wonderful country of ours. Just met with my husbands , now my business partner to go over the details of the new company . He and my spouse ave been working on patents for sometime and he's has quite a few and other ventures and seeing how he has some free time now we decided upon our venture of passive income bringing in about 15 g a day to start. I'm gonna be busy doing the marketing portion since I have all the contacts until it gets going and off the ground and then well, fishing, writing a few songs.

I have always loved Kid Rock. I have listened to many if his albums. My favorite was his self-titled and Cocky cd's that were released years ago. But he has totally turned his mind away from the great genre of rock/pop he used on those and set eyes on country. I have no problems with his newer music. I just prefferd Kid Rock when he wasn't fully into country. When is there going to be a new cd that he takes his music back to his roots? Will he ever?
Like Rock, I am from the Motor City. I'm hoping that he or someone will see this and take just a minute out of their day to listen to my song "Wheels" No matter what, I will always be a musician. It is what defines me, but I have a 4 1/2 month old son and times are what they are, music is the only thing I'm good at... well, and hopfully being a dad. I just watched the interview with Kid Rock on the Piers Morgan show on YouTube (sorry to say that I don't have cable here in Southeast Michigan yet) He was so open, honest, down to earth talking about his life, youth, his son, his experiences, and he owns his wild side; doesn't make excuses for it. I had never really been into music very much, but after surviving the suicide of my fiance back in 2001 I found myself really paying attention to the words of music I was hearing. I started listening to Kid Rock and it was amazing how much I related to the words in his music. I am a lady who is 39 years old - one year apart from Kid Rock - so it has been very cool to continuously identify with his music wih each album he puts out. My son is getting into music very much these days and he asked me the other day why I loved Kid Rock as much as I did, and I enjoyed explaining to him that when Kid Rock first came out I was living the party life and having a ball and identified LARGELY with his music, but that as Kid Rock grows older you are able to hear it in his music as well. I have never seen Kid Rock live, but plan to if it's the last thing I do.......keep on keepin' on!!! Love all you do! (Not bad on the eyes either......) :-) Just sayin'''''''

Bob, I grew up near Romeo in Armada Michigan and graduated in 1988. I'm sure you went to the "fair". I am 41 years old and now live in north of Seattle. My dad retired from the Ford plant on 32 Mile Road. I've been a big "fan" since day one, and think its cool that we have a lot in common. Still follow the 'Wings as well. Nice to see them sweep the Coyotes, 20 years and still strong.
