U WERE FUCKING AMAZING LAST NIGHT IN PENSACOLA! I drove in from The N.O. and I am so glad I did. You are worth every mile. I have seen you ten times now and last night was great. You are the best performer in the world. I was a bit concerned that you were gonna go too country but you didn't...the show was awesome. I can't wait to see you at the Jazz Fest...it has been my wish for years. I go every year...great fest! I will be the hot chick with the long straight black hair jammin out. You live...makes my blood boil. You make my inner stripper come out...at times I have my own audience...haha. I have been back stage but have never gotten to meet you. I would love to tell you to your face how wonderful you are. I met you on the last cruise but I froze up. Gonna stay drunk on the next cruise, so that doesn't happen. I am your biggest fan in New Orleans...would never miss you. You were so great last night that I am going to try and get tickets for Jackson. I wish that you would have a Pitt for every concert. I am a front row girl and would do or pay anything to be in the front. You do want your biggest fan in the front...don't you? And I an sexy hot...I look good in the front! Anyway....you are truly a gift and you have made so may of my days better with your music. No one compares to you....thank you so much for being great. You make this world such a better place. See ya in New Orleans...or maybe in Jackson. XOXO Desiree

Bobby, My daughter is 15 and she watched your Born Free special and looked up your son's band Hiprockricy. She and her friends love this band. They have been listening to their music on YouTube and they want to buy the Album/CD if they have one out. However they have not been able to find any information on if the band has any music out. They are pretty bummed out. They have gotten most of the kids in there school to listen to their music on YouTube. They are becoming pretty popular in our small town. Could you please post if your son's band has a CD out and where it can be purchased. Also just to let you know on your special you said that train had left the station on that type of music but I am here to tell you that the kids these days are all listening to it. They had a dance at there school and that is the only music the DJ played was the type your son's band makes and my daughter and her friends said most of the music wasn't even as good. I have to tell you my daughter knows her music, she listens to everything (accept Justin Bieber). She buy's and hangs all the old vinyl records from the Beatles Abby Road, Cheech and Chong, The Who, Bad Company and so on and so on. And of course she has your Born Free and Rock and Roll Jesus Albums up too. Thanks for being you and raising a talented son. Looking forward to seeing you in Washington. Just don't play the fair, you are to good for that. If Nickelback can play the Tacoma Dome so can you. Or play the gorge I agree it is beautiful there.

I had the best Valentine Present ever. I went and saw you in Pensacola, Florida. It would of been even better if I would of gotten to go back stage to meet you. I havent figure out how to get that priveledged yet. I will be seeing you in April on the Chillin The Most Cruise. I am hoping I get to meet you and have a photo taken with you. You brought the house down in Pensacola, Florida. I could of sat there for another 2 hours watching and listening to you. I have all your cds. I cant wait for you to come back to Pensacola, Florida again or better yet to Orange Beach, The Wharf.........you rocked that place too.
I just hope someday I get to meet you in person. That is my dream. Love ya.......Kid
Happy Belated Birthday........oh yea loved that song "Im Fucking Forty"

The show in L'ville rocked! Of all the "Big Names" I have seen (Aerosmith, Kiss, The Eagles, The Stones, Hank & so on) every time I see you in concert it's not only one of the most energizing shows but the music leaves you thinking "Wow" this man gets it" (what your fans want)-never disappointing. ;)

I am going to be at the Nashville show, and I am pretty sure you are a NASCAR fan or at least you know Dale Jr and Tony Stewart.... With the 18th being the 10 year anniversary that we lost Dale Earnhardt i think it wold be nice to do some kind of tribute at the show....

Can't wait til Friday night!!

Row A seat#1 in Greenville last Saturday night. The only thing that I saw that would make the show better is if you left your shirt off, lol. Us girls patiently wait for you to take it off then damn it you came back out and had put it back on. But that is my only suggestion ha ha! Seriously this tour, stage set up, etc is absolutely amazing don't change a thing!!! Oh and Jessie and Dave really rock it out together. I love that you showcase their talent.

Sometimes i am utterly amazed when i read this suggestion box. Other times i see how overwhelmed old Kid Rock could be with all this. I gave a suggestion and a simple one that many would love and that would benefit anyone that was a part of it. I mean Meet and Greet lottery with ticket stubs. The amount of winners per show to be determined by old Kid Rock. But this thread is a whole different beast or maybe my momma raised me right.

I realize some ppl here are needing help and there is nothing wrong with asking for that. Does anybody stop and think for a second about all the demands put on Kid Rock just touring alone? Not to mention: interviews, charity, recording, appearances, keeping a band together, running a record company, raising his son (which is top one from what i understand and rightly so.), writing music, performing, and just life in general.

Maybe i am small town and
that is where i wanna be.

Small town midwest hick
with manners my momma
taught me

So next time you look at
me funny or tell me how i'm
supposed to be..

You should look in the mirror
and see what i see

I'm not gonna finish that. Because i don't give shit away no more. Just some thoughts going on in this fucked up chaos i call my head. I could finish it real easy. But if someone wants me to they will ask. And asking like you should goes a lot longer way then being an asshat.

I had a dream last night about a charity idea for Kid Rock. It literally came to me in a dream.
I figured since Kid Rock loves Michigan, and loves the UP, maybe he can help!
At KI Sawyer (former Military Base) we have a gym that is closed down. We, as a community are trying our hardest to re-open it. We have been trying to bring political pressure to the county to purchase it and re-open it. They are dragging their feet! Please help us either re-open the W (our version of a YMCA) and we will put it in your name, or help purchase it, tear it down, and rebuild a new one. We need your help KID ROCK! I swear if I didn't have a dream about writing you a letter I wouldn't of. I do like your music, but honestly I don't own any of your CD's (please don't hate me). When I hear them on the radio I sing along. I was very impressed and taken back with your recent video recorded at Pictured Rocks. Please e-mail me for more info! Would love to see if there is anything you could do to help!

Bobbie~
I just want to say thank you for being YOU. It’s so refreshing everyday to come to your website & see postings actually FROM you… sharing pics, stories, rants & raves, etc just like any of my other online friends. And it’s great to be able to share back with you.
BTW, gotta update something I posted earlier ~ my bf says late summer at the Gorge Amphitheatre in Washington is bad time of year there so maybe June/July? PLEASE check out the place if you haven’t already ~ it’s just the most beautiful place for a concert!
Always looking forward to seeing you / hearing from you ?

Ok, this is a observation, not a dis, not a whining sesh....bare with me, I am just trying to express myself through words, which for me, is hard.

here I go...

The catwalk~

I have been to many concerts in my lifetime. Something has been bugging me about the performances with the catwalk? For me, looking directly at a performance and performer at a concert is key. I realized this at the VIP on stage at your B-Day party. However, at the Dayton show, I was located right at the catwalk, eighth row, but still looking at your ass (not that it is a bad thing to look at your ass?) but there is something lost in the mix when you watch someone perform from the side or rear?? I can't even begin to explain it, but it does (in my opinion as an avid concert goer). You put on such an amazing show, but when we can't see you interacting, singing, i don't even know what; it is like you took a spark plug from a car and it missfires (and this has nothing to do with your awesome performance, but rather the view of it?) Let me be clear, I LOVE LOVE LOVE going to your concerts, would never miss one, but this is just my observation. My HONEST opinion. I'm keepin' it real. I would love to know if I am the only one who loses something when not seeing HEAD ON...the whole deal, the whole show, the whole shabang, what have you?

ROCK ON!

Kimber_4's picture

Wrote the story below, and it was published in the Kansas City Star Newspaper last week...
I am working so hard to generate interest and the opportunity to get meet and greet passes to Kid Rock's show in Kansas City Feb 25th. We have traveled a lot of miles to see your shows together...please consider if you will, thank you. Signed, 2 nice Canadian girls

Music bonds friends

My best friend Tammy and I share a passion for music even though we are almost 2,000 miles apart and get to see each other only once a year since I moved to Kansas City from Calgary, Canada, 10 years ago. We keep connected through our love for music.

We especially love Kid Rock. On July 16, 2010, I made the road trip, almost 2,000 miles, to Calgary so Tammy and I could see Kid Rock together. He was spectacular and has become part of our “friendship life story.”

On Feb. 25, Kid Rock will be performing at the Sprint Center. I purchased my tickets not knowing who I would take with me and let Tammy know.

I got a phone call from her the next day, saying she had purchased a flight to Kansas City and would be joining me at the show. Imagine my excitement.

Our love for each other and music has kept us connected for 10 years across 2,000 miles. Our friendship has endured more than 25 years since we met in high school.

Music plays an incredibly powerful role in our memories. Through our love for music, our lives have become richer.

Just wanted to thank you for staying true to yourself and making great music. I've seen you in concert 3 times... best concerts I have ever been to. I was able to see you in Denver back in November of 2007 with my dad, who was suffering from pancreatic cancer at the time. I had some friends pull out at the last minute and doing what any dad should do, he said he'd love to go. My dad had never really listened to much of your music before.... and despite being in much pain from the cancer he enjoyed the concert. He even bought me a "You Never Met A Motherfucker Quite Like Me" shirt. Funny story from that night... my dad was in the restroom when a fellow fan mentioned that he looked a little too old to be there. My dad simply responded, "I'm here with my son.". It was exactly a month later that my dad lost his battle with pancreatic cancer. Thanks to you I have another great memory of my dad. Hope to see you again in Colorado soon... a tour date at Red Rocks would be awesome. Thank you for everything you do.

Keep on keepin' it real and hopefully next year I'll get the opportunity to meet you! ( You are lookin' better with age :) )

Just wanted to let you know that the Born Free album is my fave so far....each time it gets better and better. My son who is now 23 turned me on to Kid Rock when Only God Knows Why came out...he had the player set to repeat and I heard it off and on all night. After that, I was a fan. I talked my sister into going to see him when he was in Chattanooga and took both of my kids. None of us sat down the whole time. When he came back for the Riverbend Festival we got the blanket seating and had a ball. I may not be considered the #1 fan, but in my eyes, I AM!!!! Keep it comin' Kid and hopefully you will come back to Chattanooga, TN soon.....Miss seein ya in concert. Oh yeah, Happy 40th..it's not so bad is it?

Wow!!! I attended the concert in Greenville on Saturday. You were great! What does it feel like to be able to get 15,000 people on their feet, singing, dancing and yelling just for you???? As a teacher, I'd feel blessed to be able to get all 22 kids in my class to pay attention to me for just 20 minutes at a time! LOL!! Seriously, you were unbelievable! Just thinking of the planning and prep work that has to go into putting that show together.... not to mention the fact that YOU are running, dancing, jumping and singing non-stop for 2 solid hours, I believe that you've earned the money you've made in your career!! I'll be looking forward to another concert soon! Thanks so much for a great evening!! Can't think to anything that you could improve on!!! I did keep wondering about what you might be doing backstage, while Jamey was on. Also, how do you get yourself so psyched up to be such an explosion on stage? You were amazing!! I'd love it if you posted some pics or comments of what it's like backstage while you're waiting to go on!! Enjoy the Florida weather! I know it'll be a nice change!! Love you the most!!!

I have a REALLY important question for Kid. I have a identical twin sister, we are 33 years old, blonde hair, blue eyes, and live in Georgetown, SC which is about an hour from Myrtle Beach. She got a boob job about 3 years ago and they look good! It's such a shame people can tell us apart now! :(

My question is .... WILL YOU PLS BUY ME SOME BOOBS??? ( lol )
