Well, my Wedding is Fri, Aug 12 if you're around Lansing and don't have a concert scheduled and want some low key fun, a good time, lots of booze, lots of food and some good memories...I'm sending you a personal invite (I call it my party normally.) Hit me up if you want to show up and I promise, it'll be a good ol' fashion time. Oh, and you get to meet me, that makes you pretty lucky!!! Hey, I would never know if I didn't ask, right?! Me and 2 million other people, hehe. Oh, and another one of my grand adventures is that I just started an advice column today on fb, Lindsay Brinks. Anyone of you can hit me up if you want to ;)

I wasn't able to make it to your birthday bash, so I'm going to see you in Hollywood Fla. I can't wait and no matter what I plan on making it. Don't people know you aren't responsible for the weather?? and like you said, "you made it". If they whin about that they would really whin to be charged an extra $85 per ticket. But it's ok with me, I get to see you and celebrate my friends 50th birthday with her. It would be even GREATER if I got to meet you. Even though you've been on the lake I live on in Fenton, MI and you party with my son's friends I've never had the honor. I just think you are the greatest person I can see why "damn it feels good to be you." TM

So Glad your finally coming to Florida! Saw you at Bama Jam, and WOW what a show you put on!!!

Holly_20's picture

Hi, I just wondered if there will be a meet and greet in Evansville, IN on March 1, and if so how do you go about getting in on it?
Thanks,
Holly

Just keep doing what you are doing.
I must say, when I was younger I never had a musical icon that I truly wanted to see every minute.
Now, at age 40 I found my true music icon. Kid Rock is the bad boy I should never bring home to Mom but would do it in a minute. He makes me happy, His good looks and His music changes whatever mood I'm in and makes me smile. I will always be a fan, will always go to the concerts in whatever city I can get to. He gives me goose bumps and I just adore him. I admire the father and the great man he has become. Would love to meet him someday, because I'm sure I would love him even more.
Keep doing what you are doing... Michele

I love the new CD and give Kid Rock Props for they way he treats his fans as he goes along I have just become a bigger and bigger fan, he keeps it real.

My article about how Kid Rock's music keeps me and my bestie Tammy connected across 2,000 miles was published in the KC Star newspaper yesterday! Check it out!

To Dusk883: While I can understand what you're saying, here's my opinion. His older songs can get you fired up and feel ready to take on the world...and it's awesome! But, I also greatly appreciate the 'realness' of his newer songs. If you really listen to his music, listen to the words, listen for what he is trying to say rather than what you need to get out of it, it can move you just as much as Cocky, Cowboy, etc. He is truly an AWESOME artist!!!

Seriously!! A fricken hurricane wouldn't keep me from seeing the "kid"!! You're obviously not a true kid rock fan if a little snow and ice are going to keep you from seeing a show. How generous of Bobby to refund the tickets of those whiners. I am sure a lot of people are going to try and take advantage of his kindness. I love the idea one of your fans had about the meet & greets. I have gotten kids autograph a couple years ago at the grand kids charity basketball game, but that is the closest I have come to meeting him. It would be a dream come true if I actually got to meet him! MORE MEET & GREETS!!!!

I want to know when I'll be able to purchase Ladies' Badass American Lager t shirts?

I love your music, especially the last album ¨Born Free¨. But I've never been to one of your shows because I live in Córdoba (Argentina) ... I follow all the latest news on this page. I´d be very happy to see you live and enjoy the party that is every one of your shows ...

Each time I go to your concert, I buy a sweatshirt and each time I look for a winter knit skull cap or beannie... Is it possible to add that to your merchandise? Being from Michigan, I thought for sure you would have jumped on this one and with the cold spell throughout the US, you would have done well all over! Hell...my son would wear his in the summer, while he's biking through town. Nothing fancy..just a black cap with white KID ROCK (maybe the year or your signature embroidered) and maybe a pink/white or wh/pink one for us ladies...a purple one would go with the hoodie that's on this web site. A white one with a soft grey flowing Amerian flag covering the whole cap with Born Free in the ruffle of the flag...I don't know but u need winter caps at your concerts. Rev Run's beannie was sold out by the time I got to your last concert at Pine Knob...so I know it would sell...just a thought. Thanks for entertaining the thought...me

videoace001's picture

just a thought. people, and music evolve. if he played the same stuff on every cd it would be very boring. you can always hear him do the old stuff by putting in a cd.
an artist never paints the same picture twice.

Just a thought's picture

Has the Kid totally sold out and gone totally country music? What happened to the roots? It is always sad when one has to say "I loved the old stuff, but the new...."

To whom it may concern. My wife and I joined the KRC 10/31/10. Here it is the day before our first of two shows and we haven't gotten our shirts yet. That's like 14 weeks! I have contacted the site twice about it and gotten the same excuse of they're are expecting them any day. This in no way changes me as a fan. Just think maybe someone could look into this. Thanks for your time!!

A few years back my husband was into drugs and woman! I dismissed my family and friends in defense of him. I can't even begin to tell you how I felt or what I went thru in this short space. I can tell you, it was a lonely roller coaster ride thru hell. My sister, in an attempt to reach out left her Kid Rock "Cocky" cd with me. WOW! Everyone song hit an emotion in me like youwouldn't believe. Some allowed me to be angry, some sad, and some well COCKY! His voice became my best friend, it spoke to my soul, to the hell I was going thru. Without it, I think I might have lost my mind. So, needless to say,I am a Kid Rock fan for life! Thank you for the soul you put into your music, with out it, it would just be words put to cord!
He is coming to Evansville,IN,March1.I tried to book a room in the hotel he will be staying at,but he booked EVERY DAMN room! So, what I want to know is, how does a person get backstage passes or tickets to a meet&greet?I am a member of his fan club,I have searched and searched to no avail! I have no people who can call your people!Do you have any idea?I tried to get tickets to his CRUISE,but no luck! DAMN!

(please see prior post before this continuation...) While Born Free was incredible and I will always have a copy nearby in my car, in my house… I will left hook someone in the liver if they take my Devil/Cocky/KR CDs… What separates BORN FREE from the rest of the discog? ONLY Kid Rock could release the previous stuff, a few may have delivered us the overall magic of Born Free.
I hope this isn’t seen a criticism, I’m just thankful the Kid was there for me when I needed him the most. I just don’t know any other way to ask for the supernatural music that Kid gave us in the past than to just ask.

In December of 2009, I served my wife with divorce papers and the 13 month journey began. To alleviate stress, I picked up boxing again as an exercise and hobby thing and needed a soundtrack. Kid Rock was it. Only Kid Rock, for that year. Do I believe Rock n Roll (and everything Kid Rock) can save my soul? Without a doubt. Kid Rock saved me, I won sole custody of all of my kids and she ended up with nothing like evil deserves. Wasn’t easy, I lost my kids for most of the divorce as she had temporary custody until I proved she was a dirtbag slime in court. Kid Rock saved me.
That said, I would find it hard to believe if anyone in the world was more excited than I was to pick up the new Kid Rock album. I waited til midnight and convinced the Target kid to go find and go bring me a new copy of Born Free. I blasted it for a week and it was great.
To be honest, as much as I loved it… I’m now done with it for a little while. I keep going back Cocky, Kid Rock, Devil and a little Rock N Roll Jesus on the side. BORN FREE is a GREAT album, Kid. The previous albums were MAGICAL however. I’m hoping that there’s another Devil that will be given to us from the mighty Kid Rock, no one else on the planet can make such stuff. I appreciate the slow’d approach of Born Free, I really do. I’m 40, half white boy with Michigan roots and never really heard much Kid Rock outside of the strip bars until my divorce started. Then I became a member of the Congregation and Kid saved my life; I feel terrible that I am not 101% praise and thanks for everything the music has given me… but there’s so much hope and optimism that maybe someday, somehow, we’ll all be blown away with another Devil/Cocky type album.
Not saying that I hope it sounds the same, far from it… just something with the ‘tude that only KID ROCK can deliver... (continued)

I was not able to make the Little Rock show. I am very pleased Kid Rock decided to refund those that were not able to make it. Can you let us know how we go about this refund? Thanks again!!!!

hoosierlawyer's picture

For those schmucks who are whining about Kid Rock performing last night in Little Rock...If you didn't make it, you missed it. The show must go on. He's not an amateur. Turn in your fan card and your ticket for a refund.

Hello
We listen to the new cd every morning on our way to the babysitters and today my sweet little Makenna said. "I love Kid Rock Mommy. He's my best friend." The best part is she's only 2. Aww. It made me smile. Can't wait to see you in Peoria, Ill. in a couple weeks.

rayray170's picture

Kid,

Please come to Denver! Red Rocks is the perfect venue for this album, you should consider setting up a show this summer. If not, I'll try to catch you somewhere else..

Miranda_4's picture

Hi Kid,

I am really looking forward to your show in Jackson, MS. I am so excited, I have been a fan for years but, this will be my first time to see you perform live. I really wanted front row seats but, had to settle for the 11th row which isn't bad but.........still, I wanted to be right there to where I could see really well. But, no worries! I was wondering, is there anyway/anywhere I could get/purchase back stage passes? I don't even know if purchasing them is possible.

Your new album Born Free, rocks! You've come along way over the years and I have to say, this is the album I have been waiting on. I sincerely hope there will be more music like this. It is a fine piece of work. And, in my opinion the best you have done so far. Keep up the good work.

Oh, and if you have your bike and would like to go cruising let me know. We would be glad to take y'all out on the Mississippi countryside.

Have a good one! Be safe out there!
