Anyone know if presale tickets for the Houston Rodeo show are going to be available?
KR will be on March 14.
Not exactly the venue I wanted to see KR, as I'd rather it be someplace other than a rodeo in a gigantic football stadium.
I just hope he comes back through Houston later on to play a much more intimate show.
The acoustics at Reliant Stadium suck.

DANG! So many negative comments....wow! If you think it's going to suck...DON'T BUY THE TICKETS! Me? I'm going where HE is.....sucky sound or not. And, there is always the AFTER PARTY @ the rodeo....ahem.
I may or may not go to the rodeo "performance". I'm going to hold out for a real Houston show.
I'm wanting to know too about the Pre-Sale Tickets for The Houston Rodeo Show on March 14th...I agree with mrcid about seeing Kid at another venue...I dont understand why his Born Free Tour didnt include Houston Texas....Please let me know about the Pre-Sale tickects for the rodeo..I'm going because i cant miss the show.
You are correct Mimi. Those rodeo "concerts" aren't really concerts, but just short performances. I really hope he comes back through Houston to do a proper concert.
Only being able to see him at the rodeo will be a huge disappointment.
I would be surprised if there is a pre-sale since the tickets actually go on sale to the general public this Saturday morning. Since technically you are purchasing tickets to the rodeo and not a concert I think the sale of the tickets is dicated by the rodeo organization as a whole. I believe the only individuals that are ever able to get tickets prior to them going on sale to the general public are those on the various rodeo committees. But those are just my thoughts for what they are worth.
I also hope he comes back through Houston during the summer months. The acoustics do suck and the show is limited to about an hour and the entertainers are pretty much held to that time limit. I think they usually don't come out until around 9 and it is all over by 10 or shortly thereafter. Don't take those times to the bank though, as it has been a year and I've slept several times since the last year. The actual rodeo time says 6:45 and I think the various contests take about 2 hours and then the stage has to be set up. I enjoy the rodeo as a whole so I make sure I'm there from the start.
