He sits up on the side of the bed looking sad. Then you see him walking through the house on his way to the shower. He's standing under the shower letting the hot water wash away the pain. Then as he finishes wrapping the towel around him he looks into the mirror (hence the eyes), next scene he is hopping on his motorcycle as scenes from the past roll through his mind.

As for the video, I think the word we might be looking for here is romantic?
