i went thru an ordeal yesterday purchasing pre-sale tickets. i didn't think we were suppose to have a code,caught totally off guard after waiting for them to go on sale. i called ticketmaster and they told me the code. didn't get that great of seats,rather disappointed. if i was willing to pay the price i think i should have at least the opportunity to purchase them. should have waited til pubilc sale,may have got better seats. who knows... the code i used was--- born.
still can't wait to see him in concert..good luck!!

SAGINAW — Want to buy tickets for Kid Rock's Jan. 21 concert in Saginaw before they officially go on sale Saturday?

Well, just remember "bornfree."

A limited number of tickets for the show at the Dow Event Center's Wendler Arena will be released at 10 a.m. Friday on ticketmaster.com, according to an e-mail sent by officials at Z-93 (WKQZ-FM, 93.3.) to its e-mail club members.

To gain access to the presale, go to the concert's page at ticketmaster.com and type "bornfree" into where it asks for a presale code.

Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Dow Event Center, 303 Johnson in Saginaw, and online.

Tickets cost $49.50, or $89.50 for the Jim Beam Zone in the first 12 rows and admission to a preshow Jim Beam bash, through ticketmaster.com or by calling (800) 745-3000.

Country singer Jamey Johnson will open the show, which is scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m

I'm sorry to say that I tried to purchase tickets through the presale for the Wichita, KS concert. The seating chart that the facility has up was such a horrible image, you cannot read the numbers of the sections to know what you are getting. I even increased the zoom on my browser to see if that would help. No such luck. The link that leads to the "detailed seating chart" show even a smaller image of it. I know that it is the facility selling the tickets, but wanted to voice my fustration with the venue.
