Have tried MANY times to download ringtones, I have a new phone so that's not the problem. Called customer support and couldn't understand a DAMN thing the woman said!! I think she's in some third world country. Just a comment for those who read the feedback. Thanks

I really do not like the new webpage. It is nasty looking. Too much white space, and everything hangs to the left. Whats up with that?

I had so much trouble again trying to log in, and no I haven't received my shirt or laminate yet either, I was told they are on back order since February and I won't get mine in time for the show in my home town...I'm not impressed either...i belong to a couple Fan Clubs and have not run into any of these issues before...its very disappointing, especially since I too paid $40 and haven't received anything either, and now see that the price is $30 on the site??? I have requested a refund this morning and hopefully they give my money back since it did not state anywhere that they are having troubles getting their clothing that people order...I don't think they should be taking payments until they know they have the stock to send out...Just my opinion as a consumer and a fan.

Two comments, First, does anyone else find the text on this website hard to read? It blends in with the backgound. Second, I joined KRC almost a month ago and have not yet received any of the "promised" membership goodies for the $40.00 membership fee, is this typical?

What the hell Robert. R u serious??????? What the hell does turning 40 or any other age have to do with your stage name? Kid Rock will always b you from cradle to grave. Damn sure no one else would ever b able to pull it off. You can't deny part of your soul no matter what age you are. Who the hell said you have to quit rockin' and get boring at 40? I'm 43, hate every year i get older and can't stand breathing, but as long as i have to put up with living i'm gonna damn well be rockin' on to whatever sounds good to my ears and you definitely sound good. What's with the Bobby thing? That's a name you shouldn't have when you're 40. lol. Robert works, but "Bobby". Sounds like the youngest boy in the Brady Bunch to me. lol. Just another opinion. and we all know what those are like! Love you and always will. Keep on Keepin' on with what you do.

Hope you can help me, I became a KRC member and sent the shirt back for another size on 4/11 and have not heard anything and have not received another shirt. I do have delivery confirmation. I found a number for Artist Arena on line and called and left a message. No response. I have seen others on this blog with similar problems. I do want the shirt, what other avenue can I take?

Hey Bobby, it's good to see you doing so well and getting accepted in Country Music now also. But for some of us we miss the old Devil Without A Cause style! I would love to see you do about half and half on each album. Or even switch back and forth. Do a Country album, then do a Rock/Rap album. We miss that Hardcore Kid Rock from the old days!!! That guy that was full of himself!!! Before you had all the Platinum to back it all up!!! Keep up the good work though man! You'll always be my idol!!!
