I have signed up for the presale and paid the $9.95 but when I log in it keeps kicking me back to the join the site. Can you please fix this so I can get my tickets????

I paid $9.95 to be a member on KRC to get presale info. Everytime I go to log on, it sends me pack to the Kid Rock website....how do I get my money back??? I'm not paying for a service that I cannot get. Your website is amateur and archaic...you need some new people that know how to properly run a website...

@KELLY, @JENNIFER, @TAMI - The system is not recognizing you as fan club members. We need to verify your memberships and can have your accounts fixed shortly.

@TAMI - The presale for Phoenix has not been announced. It will most likely be next Tuesday but that is not confirmed. Keep an eye on The KRC homepage for all of the info.

i'm signed in and when i press the pre-sale ticket link and inst. all i get is the sign in screen, when i sign in again and go to the krc tab, back to the sign in screen. what gives?

ok im confused...can anyone tell me anything about the Hershey Pa show 7/10/11? the presale wasn't posted and i was wondering if there's a problem with that show or if it will be announced later. I thought i asked the krc but i can't find where it was on the site. Anyway i definately don't want to miss the show in hershey they rocked hershey in 7/09

We are on the ticket link but today's presales are not available for us to buy tickets! I can see all of the Apr and May sales but not those later in the tour.

@ALLEN - You will get an email about the BBQ if you purchased a VIP ticket closer to the date of the show.

@RICK - Which date are you having trouble with? Please read all of the instructions on The KRC homepage.

Me & my husband heard you're going to be at The Machine Shop in Flint MI (we live nearby in Owosso). We hear its by invite only. Damn it!! What we wouldn't do go get an invite. I would LOVE to get 2 free tickets to the upcoming Kid Rock show at Walnut Creek/ Raleigh to use as a door prize at an upcoming Army function. I know that Kid Rock supports the USO and has performed for our deployed troops. Does anyone know who to contact to ask for help with this? I would appreciate any assistance.

We at the Veterans Club of Eureka are trying to raise funds to put in a lounge area for young returning vets of the conflicts happening overseas. Our main goal is to give these young men and women a place to spend some time with other brothers/sisters that have served our country. We recognize the needs of the new veterans are different than those of earlier conflicts, We intend to to put in a room with computers, video games and a job board for veteran friendly businesses to post on. We're trying to help keep as many of this generation from ending up homeless due to emotional and economic reasons. While we have been working on this fundraiser for about a month and a half we have yet to come up with a speaker. I am aware Mr. Rock is a very busy man we were hoping he might be willing to help us, The event is slated for 14May2011. We don't have alot to offer as far as pay we would be able to cover travel and hotel.
If he is too busy or can't help us, possibly you or Mr. Rock could suggest someone who could. We here at the Veterans Club applaud Mr. Rocks help with the USO and other veteran service organizations. Thanks Rob Dunn, fundraising chair, Eureka Veterans Club
