I have tickets to this concert, but live an hour and a half away and there's no way I'm braving these roads. Wish I could be there, but I don't expect them to cancel the concert just because I can't make it. I'll take a refund if it's offered, but I knew when I bought the tickets that bad weather and impassible roads were possible and I bought the tickets anyway. Have a great show, and I'll try to make it next time.

Wow, ever think it might be hard to just re-schedule a show? Think of the thousands of people that re-scheduling might affect, if you could even find a date! What about those that can make the show, why should they be penalized? And how in the world would you ever make anyone happy with a new date anyway, people would complain about the new date also. Those that complain are only thinking of themselves anyway, otherwise they would keep their mouths shut, and just let everyone who did make it tonight have a good time.
As you know you can not make everyone happy. I am helping to plan an auction at my daughter's school. Last night at the meeting someone said, "Plan on three complaints, we can't make everyone happy." It's the truth. I am writing is, there is a typo in your letter. "been in there cars all day driving" should be, "in their cars all day." Please take this as me trying to be helpful. It does not bother me, but I know a lot of people that, misspelling, there, their and they're might put them over the edge. :) I would not have noticed three years ago, but now I read my daughter's papers before she turns them in. I catch this mistake a lot. I thought I would let you know, just in case you want to fix it. Either way, please feel free to delete my post. I do not want people barking at me for correcting Kid Rock.

The issue about the LR show and the weather is not just about disappointed ticket holders who can't safely get to the arena -- what about all the ticket-takers, ushers, security, concession stand workers, etc. that have to get there when every media outlet, police, and everybody else is telling folks to stay off the roads and streets, that it is not safe to drive -- Verizon Arena keeps pointing the finger at Kid Rock and his management, saying that they just rent the hall and it is up to the show to make the call -- Kid Rock doesn't hire the folks who work the arena....regardless of whose call it is, a lot of disappointed folks are out $$ for tickets to a show that they have no hopes of being able to get to safely, and that $$ is going in the pockets of those who could've made the better call and done the right thing
you know there are pro's and con's either way. bottom line is for each individual to make their own decisions within what they can live with. Some of us had no decisions they were made for us (those flying in from other states etc.) but whatever your personal decision is remember this one thing
"THE SHOW MUST GO ON" I know this to be true. I am bummed as the next person I had row 12 on the floor seats and I gave them up to stay at home. My decision but due to our feelings and road conditions we have no other decisions to make. I hope all attending have a good time and know that there are several fans that can not attend due to their situations etc. I hope that a concession can be reached.

Many wish you would reschedule your Little Rock Show tonight. We had a freaky snow storm. All hotels have been booked for days due to hospitals and the airport needing rooms. At 7am I couldnt get out of my driveway to go to work, how the hell would I be able to drive to Little Rock right now? Im from Michigan, and at times like these I would have a 4x4 to come see you. But I live here now, in the Ouachita Mountains, and roll in a Camaro. Really bummed, but I'd rather live and not drive. Will surely miss you. Say Hello to my honey if you leave on an airplane. If they were going they would already be on their way considering the "roads" Some folks just love to cuss and rant, this just gives them ammo. And guess what, no show has ever been canceled by him and thousands of fans show up, despite the conditions. I've gone to two shows this year; both were below freezing and I traveled thousands of miles to go.
Do you think he might have a contractual obligation to show up?! Hopefully he never tours again in the winter. His son, his family, his friends and his fans don't want him out in these conditions, and can't helped but be worried for him and his crew!! For those of you that call him greedy -- Fuck You!! Go away, he can obviously go on without you!
