hey guys, so im comin over from Australia with a couple friends and we are hiring and RV to drive to these Detroit gigs, in Clarkston, was wondering if anyone knows of any caravan parks around Clarkston that would be good to stay at? and also any tips on what areas we should stay away from to avoid trouble?
Just curious if anyone could help me answer a question? I am going to a sleeptrain ampitheatre to see Bobby and was thinking about buying premium RV parking. My question is, will they let us spend the night or kick us out. I really don't want to have to be sober for this event and thought my little camp trailer may do the trick. I have looked online and can't find the answer. If anyone knows I would love to hear from you.

There's no reason to work for the man in this wonderful country of ours. Just met with my husbands , now my business partner to go over the details of the new company . He and my spouse ave been working on patents for sometime and he's has quite a few and other ventures and seeing how he has some free time now we decided upon our venture of passive income bringing in about 15 g a day to start. I'm gonna be busy doing the marketing portion since I have all the contacts until it gets going and off the ground and then well, fishing, writing a few songs.

I swear some days the ppl in my life are incessant about being assholes to me and then wonder why i want to leave for good. Just get a map out or google someplace and go there. Find a job, find a decent place to live and check out of my current life.

We were at your 40th B Day concert, Great Show. You are truely loved as you seen on Saturday. You showed us again that you are truely a class Act. I am so sorry that Ford Field made this event horrible for your fans. They should really be ashamed at how they handled things. Ticket scalpers and craigslist should also be shot and stung up for what they did to YOUR FANS.

I spent 800 on tickets also. Didnt feel much like a VIP Spent over a hour in the Fricken cold to find 10,000 people tying to get threw 8 doors the set up was horrible. People at the tshirt counter didnt have a clue I stood at the counter for 45 minutes asking these young boys for sizes on shirts to find out the birthday shirt (which was the one I wanted was sold out) Lots of people next to me were complaining to. Get a personality you guys. We were in the lines for the Vip bar were unreal. Hello obviously they know all of love to have some beers. I was at Soldier Field last year and they were alot more organized. The concert was awesome. But I just think it would be something to check into. Your VIP Friends in my opinion were treated like shit.
we drove from the cincinnati area for the birthday concert, after going to 7 shows here, and it was well worth the trip!! the show was AMAZING!!!!!! i had a fantastic time celebrating my birthday as well :) just a thought - how about releasing a video of the show on dvd? i would definitely buy that! THANKS FOR THE GREAT TIME!!!!
The Kid Rock show in Detroit was great and a party that kicked ass! Kid if you read your blogs do something about the ticket brokers and scalpers who rip people off of their hard earned money and drive the ticket prices thur the roof. If you are for the working man and blue collar person like you mentioned all night long at your concert put a stop to this bull shit !!!! For all of you out there who are going to other concerts beware and have a great time and to the scammers and brokers and scalpers out there screw you!
I hope the fake scam ticket people truly get caught- we purchased $800.00 worth to find out after standing outside for an hour that they were bad tickets. When my husband was told they were bad tickets at gate C, the security guard also told him they had confiscated 700 tickets and that was 45 minutes before the show started.
These people are making a hell of alot of money off the fans. Is there nothing at all that can be done? Do they even try to get/catch these people? The tickets really looked real ... SKP

It was the worst night of my life paying 800 a ticket for the Birthday bash only to walk into Ford Field and look at the BEST seats in the house?? I walked to our seats that were stage seats we were on risers that were at least 20 feet in the air behind the band and Kid Rocks catwalk extended around 15 rows out front. We looked at his behind alll night long only to never get acknowledged by Kid rock he didnt even know we were there. Shame on you Kid Rock we are your TRUE fans who purchased these tickets for alot of hard earned money to come and see you on the biggest night of your life. What ever happened to loyalty to your TRUE fans? This was truly a slap in the face to all of us that were up there! I will never buy those high priced tickets again instead I will donate it to someone worthy of my money. Thanks alot Kid Rock you are truly a disappointment!

Everyone can follow all of us pissed off Craigs List victim under the tickets column for Detroit. This guy was slick he changed clothes slightly depending on which day you meet him and even cars. i have personally talked to a dozen people from CL and Im kind of feeling like a crusader to fight to get this asshole caught! He meet us all in public places so filing police reports is great! Get a hold of the paper,news anything to make noise . he made an obscene amount of money from innocent victims and needs to be punished before he strikes again say maybe in.....Saginaw!

We drove four hours waited in traffic for two only to be told our tickets purchased at a ticketmaster location were already being use. Apparentely the tickets were supposed to have been pulled and mailed and never showed up! Funny ticketmaster didn't notice the same tickets were sold twice. I then got to explain to my son why this happens. How should I know? NO HAPPY FRICKIN BIRTHDAY PARTY FOR US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can totally relate to a lot of you. I LOVE KID ROCK, I live in Washington state, saw many comments on about scalpers etc, I was offered tickets from a different site to go to his birthday party concert, I had a bad feeling that the tickets were not ligit. I almost though bough them and my flight to detroit from seattle.. I have NEVER seen kid rock, and would still love to attend a concert of his..I am not nearly RICH nor wealthly.. I work and save money for my time to be able to attend special concerts like KID ROCK.. yet I have NOT been able to see yet. I do not mind saving money up and spending it for a good reason if the tickets I know will be REAL, but people like myself that are willing to fly to another state to see ANY artist especially someone as good as KID ROCK, want the real thing.. I would of been more upset if i had bought the tickets, and flew clear to detroit and couldnt see him perform if i had purchased fake tickets.. so now im leary of do i or dont i buy ticket for his concert in the future and trust me thats not a good feeling to have.. HOWEVER, KID ROCK I AM SO HAPPY YOU HAD A GREAT BIRTHDAY PARTY. BUT please think about the fans and see what can be done here so we dont get ripped off.. you have a great heart i know and you bring great music and the meaning behind your music is unebelieveable, I just love all your music, and I would like to think I can purchase a ticket of yours and fly to any of the concerts and be able to see you other than NOW wondering boy if i purchase this ticket is it fake or not... people like me who work hard for money these days in this economy to to spend to come see YOU AS A FAN.really want it to be real... i read ur post on thinkin about shutting down ur website PLEASE DONT DO THAT.. those fricken scalpers will find a way to buy im sure. but there has got to be a way to stop them too---HAPPY B-DAY BOBBY

The system for buying concert tickets is completely flawed. That's the underlying problem that no one is talking about. When big ticket brokers are allowed to snatch up hundreds and thousands of tickets before the common schmo even has a chance it opens the doors for ass holes to scam the honest people who can't afford 4 times face value for a rock concert. Bob, if you read any of this I've got some thoughts brother. You said in your blog that if anyone has ideas to let you know. Well, you've now got the clout and the wherewithal to implement some new ticketing systems so give me an ear and I'll give you some ideas. Pearl Jam flipped off Ticketmaster, you certainly could too. We all know that the last thing you want at your concerts is for a bunch of hard working people to be left out in the cold or get ripped off by jack-asses using and exploiting your name. I heard it was a great show. Would've loved to have been there. Still had a great time in the D though.
Huh DRUMONE, wonder if cell phone cameras came to the rescue again, maybe w/ cell phone cams, we can take better control of cons and bogus scalpers. I will definitely watch FOX2, glad you had the where with all to get his license plate number and description. I just wish we could put our spare time to good use instead of trying how to screw hard working good people. Kudos to you for making this very public.

Everyone who bought counterfeit tickets: There's a story on Fox 2 at 6:00pm tonight about at least one or two guys who sold tickets near 696 and van dyke and/or Gratiot and 15 mile. The tickets were hard copy and damn near flawless (at least we thought). Lots of hard working people got the shaft by some ass holes who live to scam. By the way the license number of one of the plates is BDZ 1530, Black Ford Focus, white dude, 30ish. Anyone who got taken (and there's a lot of us) might want to check out the story and/or contact Ron Savage at Fox 2 news. I'd love to talk to the man about how to avoid some of this stuff in the future.

im reading alot of bad reviews from Kids concert in Detroit. alot of people got ripped off and the ones who spent alot of money to go got ripped off too. when you're a real fan and spend more than 200$ on a ticket and then have to sit behind' the performer..nope that wouldnt happen! i hope Kid Rock realizes that just because it was his birthday, his FANS are the ones that made it happen. maybe he should start thinking about them more than himself...
APR..I feel your pain and I'm still crying. We bought tickets at Cheli's Chili Bar from the bathroom attendant. I've never done it before, but like you, we couldn't get them any other way...they wouldn't scan either. We got down there at 11 am and stood in the cold all day going back and forth to ticketmaster and the box office...we finally spent $310.00 at CHELI'S CHILI BAR and got FUCKED...I want everyone to know about this so it doesn't happen to anyone else.
