Kids Take On what be believes in:
A lot of people poke fun and that's alright
But when I start pokin' back they get all uptight, huh
You can't cap with the master, son
So sit your ass down before I blast ya one
‘Cause I'm so greasy, you can call me mud
And I feel a little Hank runnin' through my blood
I wanna flood the world with my twisted thoughts
You can bid all day, but I can't be bought, uuh
Break it up, let's tie one on
I gotta get set, to go and cut the
There is no bigger Kid Rock & TBT fan than yours truly..been to over 60 shows since 1999..I just purchased the new cd, Born Free..I am very disappointed..to be blunt.. It SUX..what a waste of $13.
It almost put me to sleep.. I feel like Bob has abandoned the fans who he rode to the top of the music business. why is every song labeled "folk" under genre on the cd? are you trying to win a grammy or what? you need to kick Rick Rubin to the curb..I traveled 900 miles both ways to see the shows at the DTE in August..didn't like any of the new songs at the show..Born free was ok. thought there would be some good ones on there that he didn't play at the show..boy, was I mistaken...don't think I'm going to waste my money on any of the shows in 2011..if that's the crap he's going to be playin.. I want the old Bobby Ritchie back..not the country sell out version..disappointed in Prattville, Alabama
Please help! The presale for the KC show Feb. 25 starts in the morning. I can't find out how to buy presale tickets. Help!

Dear Kid Rock:
My name is Rose Black, I am seventy-one years old and I live in Windsor and have always loved Detroit. Recently, I caught my boyfriend of several years, in our summer trailer with another woman. My daughter was with me and we were totally shocked!!! BUT, on a Better Note Now I feel BORN FREE!
I think you are awesome!!!!! I love your new song BORN FREE! The first time I heard it on TV, I stopped what I was doing and just watched and listened. Every time I hear it my whole world stops, literally. I told my family and friends, it is going to be a good hit. It is!!! Some hadnt heard it before, now they are listening for it also. When I get together with my friends to party, sing and just have fun, I make them play Born Free over and over until they get tired of me requesting it. My daughter put it on my MP3 player that I just got and I play it over and over. Yeah!!
I was in Nashville a few years ago for my friend Crystal Gages Showcase and while we were touring the Ryman Auditorium, I realized you were performing there. Sadly enough, we didnt have enough notice to purchase tickets to see you. Anyway, your stage hands were setting up and I had my picture taken with some of them. My daughter, her husband, and my thirteen year old grandson all really like you also. We tried to get tickets for your 40th Birthday Bash concert, as a Christmas gift to all of us, but as you know they were all sold out in minutes! My daughter tried to get tickets early that Friday morning & wasnt shocked to see it already sold out seeing as most of your Detroit shows are.
Please keep up the good work! I think you are great and I love your music. It is also great that you are standing up and promoting your own home town of Detroit. Thank you for making my days a lot more exciting.
Rose Black (& her daughter, Sherri)
I won a download via a radio station. There is no where for me to enter my code. I tried going through the buy digital download & ended up paying 9.98. There was no option to confirm or apply a code. I do not want to pay for the download when I have already won it from the radio. Please help!
Old school feel?? Hmmm...I guess I missed that. LOL, can't help but like all his stuff but this is no where near "old school" Please please please bring a bit of THAT back ;)
Just got the Born free cd WOW . I was not a big fan but this work has old school feel.Man I knew it had one good one on it but I didn't hear a bad one or even a so so one out of the 12 cuts. Now this is some great work.Any one of the 12 can stand up as a single.and if this is the work that we'll be hereing from you then you have a new fan in Nederland,TX.but I'm old school ROCK & ROLL just to old to get some of this new stuff
Do not like this site at all.
Thanks sooooo very much for entertaining the airmen at Travis AFB in Sacramento! Both my active duty sons were selected to meet Kid Rock and they were both interviewed by channel 10 news and I see that you also have quoted them on this site. I live in Florida (Tampa Bay) and only get to speak on the phone with them, it was a real treat to see them both together on channel 10 news (through the internet). They both look fabulous. Nick (the SSgt) recently wed, and Ian (the Airman) is preparing to deploy to the war zone. Hopefully when everything settles down and finances allow, I'll be able to see them in 2011. Again, a HUGE thanks to Kid Rock and company (yes, ALL of you) for making the memories for them (they said it was the best concert they've experienced) and for making MY day!

I have a suggestion. Okay on the old site there was a search bar for the video's. Can we please add one here? I love to search video's if I have a song stuck in my head or if there is a fave I wanna see. I can't figure out how to do that on this site. :-)
On the kid thing, I think it's up to the parents. Me myself it's my first Kid Rock show so the kids get to go to Grandma's. LOL
Not sure you got my last comment. Do "Little Drummer Boy". Soulful version. You, your guitar a rocking drummer.
You all know your venues and types of fans. I have been to shows that were calm for the most part and my last uncle Kracker show, 16 peeps went to the ER and it looked like a sheriff convention. lol Made front page news. lol The youngest I have ever taken kids is 15. I know my little ones would love the show but I dont get drunk with them around and I dont want anyone else drunk around them. Just my personal issues lol
Have also had flying beer bottle hit a friend in the head at Indy carb day Kid Rock Show. You just never know!
I have never seen any fighting at any of the shows I have been too, not saying there never is just I haven't seen it. I have taken all 4 of my kids to Kids shows, the youngest when he was 7, and he is going with me to the Louisville show in Feb.
As others has said it is a personal choice. All of mine had a blast, and beg to go again , and again.
Yeah didn't think of that. Personally I've never seen any fights at his shows, some smoking (mostly outdoor venues) but definitely alot of drinking going on.
JMHO There will always be peeps smokin and drinkin and fightin. This is a bigger concern for me bringing kids to a show. Flashin titties on the big screen and strippers and cussing is the least of your worries. having one of them get punched or knocked down is unacceptable. Wait till they are big enough to fend for themselves!!!!!
Probably not, if hes singing about being "Frikkin' Forty" *gasp*
Just frikkin' kiddin'! I would think he will still have his staple strippers & continue to delve into his not so PG material of old. Now a days children hear worse at school, but it's a personal decision whether a parent wants to expose them to this or not.
Will the 2011 Kid Rock concerts be fairly appropriate for children 10 & up?
Kid Rock is the ultimatein STATING hismind and OPINION-if you don't like him or want to listen to his music-well, your just an idiot. That's just my opinion. Much Love out tou Kid and jesse James-Live to Ride-Ride to live or DIE for the Cause
I'm trying to give the lady of my life something she will never forget. She is my love and I can't say too much, because she is in the battle of her life. I only tell the truth. Off line, if I could talk to someone from Kid's group, you can then decide for youself. Don't want money.
ALL SUMMER LONG is our song. This summer was my first Kid Rock concert,b ecause of my lady. I need to do something for her. Possibly 5 minutes at a Froggy place north of our town would mean so much, but I still live in Florida, while my love is in Michigan. I know Kid has a big heart. 2-5 minutes, please for love
Born Free is a song that is destined to become an anthem of NATIONAL proportions. THANK YOU! From an AMERICAN Combat Vet, Biker and FREEDOM LOVER!
hey kid RE NOR CAL or come to redding,ca
Hey Bobbie I thought you might get a grin out of this one. When I ask the wife what she wanted for our 38th wedding anniversary she said "I want to go see that Kid Rock kid from Romeo". We live just up the road in I.C. and are farmers. She said "You know he does a lot to support our military service men and women and really respects family and his S.E. Michigan roots and I kinda like his music too!!"
I couldn't get tickets for Ford Field, they sold out too fast, but did get some nose bleed seat in G.R. So you'll have a couple of sixty year old, kinda white hairs, up there clapping and stomping to your beat!!! Happy B-day from Bill And Chris Green.
I love you so much that I just tried to enter a contest to see you live in concert!! Then heartbroken when told 'sorry, the contest has ended'?! Might want to remove from the home page/facebook, here is the link http://m1.fwmrm.net/m/1/49532/40/127528/152756/TouchTunes%20&%20Kid%20Ro...

Rock, you need to go read the lyrics for your songs on your website. You'll get a kick out of some of them.
Whoever copied and pasted them from another lyrics website is making you look bad bro!
Wow D...... awesome info.... didn't Pearl Jam have a scuffle with TicketMaster too? Although, I think we can all see...Ticketmaster is still screwing people......
Mark C.... Last time it took like 2 yrs lol
The Kid always poors his heart out! Love all the albums! Keep rocken' Kid!
"All pretty reasonable stuff really, I think I'd be a bit pissed off in Mr Rock's shoes. He should possibly look north for inspiration regarding tackling this issue. The Legislative Assembly of Ontario in Canada has just passed a new law making it illegal for primary ticketing agents to pass tickets on to a broker or secondary seller with whom they have some sort of affiliation.
The new rules are a result of the last time ticket touting was in the news in North America, when Ticketmaster was accused of misbehaving in the way its primary ticketing agency worked with the secondary ticketing website it had acquired, TicketsNow.
Ticketmaster has always denied allegations it actually transfers ownership of tickets from its main agency to its resale service itself, though it did in the past promote TicketsNow as an alternative source of tickets via its main website. That was a practice which pissed off Bruce Springsteen when he found out his fans in New Jersey were being directed to the more expensive resale site when the primary agency still actually had tickets to sell at face value. After Springsteen raged the New Jersey authorities introduced its own crack down on ticket resale service."

How about investigating legalities and Rock adding "Commercial use prohibitted". "Resale value not to exceed face value". "Not for Resale". Or maybe even ... "Resale above face value constitutes fraud and is restricted by Federal Licensing and Trade Agreements"? jmho jus' think'n
