I for one support Kid Rock in his stance against crooked ass ticket brokers and their crooked ass moles in the ticket offices who give them first choice! Kid Rock and any other artist for that matter have absolutely nothing to do with whats going on at your local ticket master! How could he? It is the brokers plain and simple! When did scalping tickets and gouging prices become a legitimate business? I always thought that shit was illegal! I am not even a fan of Kid Rock but I was proud of him for what he had to say on this matter, he is literally the only artist in the last 10 years that has even addressed this bullshit ticket system. I gave up even trying in 06 when going to see David Gilmour of Pink Floyd cost me in total for parking and concessions and tickets close to a grand! Since I am not in the music business I don't know what the solution is but I think Zeppelin had issues with venues in the past and Peter Grant just basically told the industry fuck you and just got his own venues or at least threatened to until the industry caved and solved the problem. There is also the possibility of artists distributing their own tickets through their own websites and mail order deals. Just throwing out ideas here but good for Kid Rock he just earned himself a new fan!
With 3 shows in Michigan, I have tickets for Grand Rapids! I tried for Ford Field and Saginaw with no luck but I never gave up. Kid is NOT trying to rip anyone off, if you didn't get tickets, theres a reason for it. If it's meant to be it will be... God Bless Kid!!!

Do you honestly think you were the only ppl online that day, that time, trying to get tickets????? Good lord, the venues usually control how many tickets are given to the performers for pre-sale to fan clubs. Bobby would have to own every venue he plays to completely control this.. It's out of his hands. You complaints need to be addressed to your local city representatives.
We fall for it every year don't we.Sign up for a $40 membership in order to get first access to pre sale tickets and never have a chance to get them. This will be the last time for me!
You people need to stop bitching about everything and just enjoy the fuckin CD. Listen to his lyrics, which ever they may be, and feel his music, connect to it, and by doing this, will hopefully give you a little peace. Kid Rock is an amazing performer and I feel grateful to be able to hear him, whether it's on a CD or a show. I am not able to drive from Nebraska to Michigan to see him live. I don't want to lose this connection I do have about what is going on in career.

I see I'm not the only fan not happy with ALL the $$$$$$$$$ the kid is rapen' us for! He thanks us for spendin' our hard earned dollars to come out & fatten his wallet, knowing full well all large part of his fans all americans are havin' a tough time putting food on the table, let alone get anight out. So what does he do? He ups the tickets to $100+ then spits VIP in our face along with the fan club bullshit etc etc! How much $$$$$$$$ will make you feel better about yourself my brother.
We all change & in my heart I believe I along w/ yourself have done some hardline self examination. It comes across in alot of your music from Devil to RnR Jesus. Or is all BS & good marketing? People believe in you & you spit in our face w/these outrageous prices & clubs to get a crack at the best. You have blasted a major portion of the people who made you, out of the ability to see you.
It's great you have come along way, unless all this is just a facade & only you & God knows. I wish you much joy & happiness in your life, but this is one dude who was at EVERY show I could drive to, that has to throw in the towel.
I wish I could understand. As my new walk has made me very aware that the resons behind things are at times necessary then there are those in wolves clothing. This may all sound like I'm ramblin', but as fuckin' stupid as I know in my heart the following is stupid & naive, I real believed you cared, I believed your songs, I've played them in Bible classes, I believed you would never let $$$$$$$$$ become your God!!!!!!!!! Because on 7/9 in giant shithole stadium, I & my lovely bride rocked our beat down tired old asses off for I'm guessin' the last time.And that night cost us $600 for 110 row 1 still a mile away. But we loved it!! And we love you!
I would like to know where I can cancel my membership in the KRC. I bought a $10 membership for access to tickets....which are inaccessible under the current and ridiculous method of selling the pre-sale tickets.
If I don't get a refund of my $10, I'll tell you what: I am definitely the kind of person who will organize a class-action lawsuit against you.

I love the new website and posts from Rock himself! AWESOME!!! My only beef is that the lyrics are wrong for some of the songs. Rock needs to go over these and get them corrected.

Love the new page. Just wish you would make it a priority to come to Las Cruces New Mexico. You could start in Cruces wich is in Southern New Mexico then Colorado and head North. That would be a tour for so many people that can't make your other concerts. Never heard of you coming our way. We would love to have you especially in the summer for on outdoor concert in our football field. Or in the winter at the Pan American Center due to the fact that our winters consists of winds. Either way wish you would come check us out.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the new CMT Kid Rock special - it lets us see just a little into the real life - and we can not get enough. I'm a 56 year old grandmother who loves me some Kid Rock, I've literally seen it all and Rock is the only rap I ever entertained the idea of listening to and was hooked from the get-go. Now the southern rock and country side is killer. What a gifted song writer and genuine person. I wish I could stand around that fire near the homestead - looks like my kinda fun!!
Web Crew, just had a thought about the scalping creeps. maybe a separate discussion forum could be started where fans who have Ideas or knowledge of how scalping works could share here, then maybe we as a collective group of fans could help put an end to it or at least put a big wrench in the works. I was lucky to get 4 tkts last Monday, went onto what I thought was Ford Fields official tkt site today but it was a reselling site, It looks like Ford Fields official website. The tkts in my section 125 are going anywhere from $200 to $500 dollars, thts for floor C are going for around $1000. Just a thought but before you can stop Cheats you have to find out how they work.
I've never posted on one of these "blogs" and I actually never heard of "Kid Rock" until about 8 months ago. I saw you (if you read these posts), do some stuff with Bocephus, then took a chance and bought a CD of yours. I was blown away and I'm 53 yrs old! WOW, I think you could sing ANYTHING you wanted to and make it work. I now have a few of your CD's and they are the ones of choice when I'm on my Harley, and I make sure it can be heard!!!! Keep up the great work...I really enjoy your songs. They hit home, even at my age! Brings the "rowdiness" out in me...and I love it!!! LOL!

Thanks for sharing the pictures. I love the "Born Free" albumn, it shows a softer side of Kid. Since losing my son 3 years ago I've learned to not sweat the small stuff and to live, laugh & love. Your albumn reflects that you've also learned the same. But still love to see you rock it out.
I joined the KRC to have access to tickets and NOTHING!! The fan club doesn't even recognize my password, username, email address, etc...These tickets are hard enough to come by- so I thought I was good... guess not!! The money has already been taken out of my account- luckily it was only $10, I guess that's one beer at the show!!! Anyone else have the same problem??
