Heard a song by Fun think it is called Some Nights being used to advertise some product, it is just that it is so messed up that they are using that song to promote a product because at the end of the song they say, wonderful things came from lying . If that is my song and it goes right with Through Glass, Stone Sour sings the stars lie, and Sixx AM Lies of the Beautiful people, I just keep saying they were doing more than lying .

Does anyone know how service members (far from family and loved ones) can download his music? It seems a slap in the face to me....I am either missing. At least that is my hope. The alternative is that all KR has done with the USO and for our service menbers has just been to sell records.

Sorry for going all Biblical on you, but that's how I see it. Granted it's a tough nut to crack (that means a tough problem to solve) but surely he and his people could and should have found a way to distribute electronically to members of our armed forced outside of the US.
Trey, Im no expert in this stuff but we have fans all over the world who have the same problems. Kidrockfrenchbadass in paris, I bet could solve this in a flash. I know Rock is not big on downloading period. He has refused to be on ITUNES in the past for various reasons. But Im sure he wouldnt want to exclude you all. We just need to find the right answer. I've been reading here since day 1 and I think you are the first serviceman to bring this up. Which is good.

If a performer wants to portray himself as a fan of our troops, his label should not restrict access to his music to those troops.
I should not not have to spoof his site to think I am someone other than who I am just to access his music.
It is disappointing.

or because of a legal distribution law that prevents it. It doesn't have anything to do with keeping it
for US fans...heavens....that is so not him....Usually it is a legal issue. I do know that if the internet connection
is compatible, that you can change open a free yahoo or aol account with .us instead of .the country you are in.
If you try it with .com, use all United States info. It should work. It worked one time for me for Cananda.
