Sorry for going all Biblical on you, but that's how I see it. Granted it's a tough nut to crack (that means a tough problem to solve) but surely he and his people could and should have found a way to distribute electronically to members of our armed forced outside of the US.
Trey, Im no expert in this stuff but we have fans all over the world who have the same problems. Kidrockfrenchbadass in paris, I bet could solve this in a flash. I know Rock is not big on downloading period. He has refused to be on ITUNES in the past for various reasons. But Im sure he wouldnt want to exclude you all. We just need to find the right answer. I've been reading here since day 1 and I think you are the first serviceman to bring this up. Which is good.

My point exactly.
If a performer wants to portray himself as a fan of our troops, his label should not restrict access to his music to those troops.
I should not not have to spoof his site to think I am someone other than who I am just to access his music.
It is disappointing.
