why isn't the tour coming to Las Vegas?
Is anyone else having problems receiving their tix from "Artist Arena"?? - kid rock fan club supposedly offered "pre-sale" tix to the Puyallup WA which is in 3 weeks and I still don't have my tix. Seating available was HORRIBLE for presale (19th row) - I purchased better tix directly through Ticketbastard for Queensryche at the same venue a week earlier and I've had my tix for months now. Got my 'ryche tix for 7th row the day they went on sale and Queensryce is definitely bigger in seattle than Kid (sorry baby, but it's true).
So I feel ripped off and still waiting for my tix. Anyone else have such an experience with Artist Arena and did you ever get your tix????????
I'm sure Kid would be ashamed to know his true fans are getting ripped. I joined the fan club just to get access to this "pre-sale" that wasn't even legit in my eyes.
would love the feedback...

That's my whole issue too...I've got arrangements to make and if I don't get them timely (will call ain't gonna cut it) AND then I am not understanding why they are holding something that I purchased months ago...I spent my money, want my ticket, and want to do with it whatever I d**m well please when I bought it, or at least when they get printed and shipped "en masse" through the regular broker i.e. Ticketbastard. AND the seats were CRAP...not what I would expect through a fan site pre-sale!!! If I would have had the cash, I would have purchased another ticket through Ticketbastard when they went on sale, just to see if I could have received better seating.

Sorry that you had all the trouble. That sucks - Especially when you are looking forward to a show and planning that big of a road trip. That would be a tough call to go thru all of that and then get there and have them deny you access to YOUR tickets. I think I would have taken that gamble, but I'm not in your shoes. Again - sorry it didn't work out for you, but it sounds like Artist Arena tried to make it right.

Problem with this was that my credit card I used to buy the tickets had been lost shortly afterwards and was replaced with a new card..new number. It had to be the same card. They said they would put a note on my file but could not confirm if this would work.He was very doubtful that it would as they are very strict at sold out concerts. I opted at that point to not make the 14 hour drive. There were 4 tickets I paid for in total. On the Wed after the Sunday concert, the tickets showed up.I will of course try again in the future. But much wiser ..

Sorry to hear you are having troubles. I've bought from the pre-sale 7 times, along with the Kid Rock Cruise 1st choice booking last year, thanks to the fan club membership. I have heard about many problems, but I have yet to experience one issue. My tickets arrived a week before each of the 7 shows. I bought from them for the Puyallup show 2 years ago and got 12th row - very cool seats. Good luck!
So you didn't go? Did you call them so they could do something about it? Did you read your confirmation email that they send after you buy your tickets? They put the following in bold right on the confirmation:
"You should receive your tickets one week prior to the event. If you have not received your tickets, please contact (212) 420-8500. All sales are final. There are no refunds, no exchanges for any reason."

Youll get them 1 week before your show
I've bought several pairs of tickets from Artist Arena...It's just different from Ticketmaster. AA holds the tickets until about a week before the concert. Don't worry - they will be there. They come in an unmarked envelope - so be careful with your "junk mail". They also have the possibility for last minute reprints for "will call" at your event.
I was frustrated too when I first started using them, but I'm used to it now.
I think they delay sending the tickets so you don't resell their seats. I have found their seats to be good - not great seats. So, you're still not going to get front rows, but you can still get in the first 20 for most shows.
Hope that helps. I have had to call their phone number several times and I always found their customer service to be good to work with. I've also had to email back and forth a few times.
I have always felt they were fair with how they handle things, but they sure aren't the greatest. Sorry, the scalpers still get all the good seats!
