    Kid Rock's 8th studio album, 'Born Free' gets released on November 16th via Atlantic Records. The record was produced by Rick Rubin and mixed by Greg Fidelman. The first single from the album will be, appropriately, Born Free which hits radio September 14th.

An absolutely moving song for anyone who still believes in the basic ideals of this country. He is very close to being considered among rock's all time greats. A modern day Ronnie Van Zant. (who, by the way, Bob idolizes)

What a wonderful birthday present for me this year........a new Kid Rock cd which of couse means another tour. September 14th is going to be a day that I am going to look forward to...who cares that I will be turning 47........at least I will spend some time listening to new Kid Rock material. Counting down the hours now.........LOL

I DVR'd Music Festival last night but I could not find the Born Free performance. Can someone tell me at what time in the 3 hour show it was on? I saw the Good to be me performance. Thanks Sarah
