Kid Rock now has a pair of courtside seats at The Palace of Auburn Hills. Palace brass presented the self-styled "Son of Detroit" with a commemorative chair backstage at DTE Energy Music Theatre on Saturday night, prior to the second of his three sold-out weekend performances at the Clarkston amphitheatre. Want your own courtside seats? Sell out 21 shows at The Palace and DTE and they might give you a pair also.

I stayed at Cobblestone Manor in Auburn Hills. It was neat to talk with a very well to do older crowd who at breakfast PRASIED Kid for all the wonderful stuff he has done for the city and surronding areas. Although they loved him they were sorta bumbed out that they would never go to his shows because of the craziness at the shows. They spoke of how they would ALL vote for Kid for GOVERNOR in a heart beat. They also couldn't believe he did not play the Palace. LOL Looks like palace couldn't either.LOL BEST WISHES & HUGS!
