Please watch the video, it speaks for its self.
Thank you.
Forgive my ignorance, for I am a new Kid Rock fan, but how come he didn't do an encore at the Gibson Theater. I am a long time concert goer and I have never been to a concert that didn't at least have one encore? Don't get me wrong, the concert was amazing! I was so impressed with Bobby and the band! Wow! Blown away actually. Quite smitten, to be quite honest, lol! Just thought I'd put it out there and see if this is typical of Kid Rock shows.

I was just as disappointed about him not playing "Sugar" the last time I saw him...
LOVE THAT SONG!!!
Thanks for all your comments guys, I guess it just wasn't in the cards that night, Again, it was an amazing concert and I guess I just wanted more! And Leah, he opened with "Rock -n- Roll Jesus" I was bummed he didn't play "Sugar Tonight", wah! Lol!
I've seen Kid 9 times and it depends on where he is playing as to the encore. A lot of outside venues have noise restrictions and the last note is played at 11;00pm. Sometimes Kid will just rock until then and leave the stage. I like that why waste time after the set and before the encore when he can play straight through? I guess the length of the concert depends on the venue.
I'm from New Jersey and I have seen him 7 times. He has always done an encore, but when I saw in 8/22/08 in Camden NJ, he did not do an encore. The show was Awesome, but I wasnt ready to leave when it was over, I wanted an encore
I have also seen him in concert 7 times and always did an encore as someone said... maybe something went wrong. Who knows, he would never do that for a good reason. he loves preforming, something must have happened? what was the last song he did do at your show sandra ann.

Seeing Kid Rock live is what made me such a HUGE fan of him... I remember being about 21 and liking his music, but it was when I was 27 is when in just AWE of him after seeing him live... I've been to MANY concerts, but he's by far my favorite person to see up on stage... His passion for music in general shines right through... Absolutely beautiful... And of the shows I've been to in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, he's always ended with an encore or two...
Ann Marie... the bawitdaba lyrics to that line is actually "now get in the pit and try to love someone" : ) much love, Lori
he didnt do one in bakersfield eather but it was still AWSOME
He didn't do one at Milwaukee either at the HOG rally, but then the audience was lame and didn't even know the freakin' words to the song. Hey HOG members the words go "Now get in the back and try to Love someone!" Kid said they must've had to get up in the morning for a paper route or something. Now it was a different story at the Detroit concert in July. where he did a few encores but everyone knows Detroit is Rock City! When the fans love him, he loves them back! How was the audience at the Gibson theatre?
seen him on "carb day"at the Indy 500,he did one hell of a show and an encore.seen him at Verizon this summer, hell of a show and no encore.seems to me he gives it all hes got,and thats more than enough.might be because he wanted to leave ya making you mis him, cause thats how he does it up in detroit city.ha ha.
I have seen seven concerts by him and never has he not done and encore, maybe he just has somehere to be or something, he can sure as hell rule a crowd, never have seen anyone like him and the band! (seen a million concerts), lucky you for being there tonight!!
I've been attending his concerts for 5 yrs, he's always done an encore. Knowing that, I'd give him the benefit of the doubt...there more than likely is a legtimate reason for why he didn't do an encore at the Gibson. :)
