We were at the Tigers game tonight as the no hitter was happening, I never mentioned it, neither did my son or husband, we know better, but someone didn't cuz Anibal Sanchez pitched an unbelievable game tonight, and was robbed of the no hitter with 2 outs to go in the top of the ninth, by no less than Joe Mauer. UGH, but brilliant pitching by Sanchez. FYI for the baseball newbies, NEVER MENTION NO HITTER WHILE A NO HITTER IS HAPPENING!!! I don't buy into jinxes but I buy into this one.

There's no reason to work for the man in this wonderful country of ours. Just met with my husbands , now my business partner to go over the details of the new company . He and my spouse ave been working on patents for sometime and he's has quite a few and other ventures and seeing how he has some free time now we decided upon our venture of passive income bringing in about 15 g a day to start. I'm gonna be busy doing the marketing portion since I have all the contacts until it gets going and off the ground and then well, fishing, writing a few songs.

Well, I agree his public image, and possibly even his physical health could get hurt if he has conflict with the wrong person...no doubt, it happens all the time. Doesn't make it right, but even Kid admits he get's defensive in a mean way when drinking. No doubt he felt bad the next day, at least some, haha. That said, I totally get where Kid is coming from with selling his autographed items on Ebay. Possibly something that happened earlier in the day relating to the same issue already had him irritated about it...possibly the guy had already gotten an autograph earlier, then with greed came back asking for more. We can only assume without knowing complete facts what went down in Kid's thoughts at the time.
Also, unfortunately some use their handicaps to take advantage of others...maybe this is the case here and Kid knew it? There use to be a young adult man, paralyzed from the waist down in a wheel chair...who hounded the Kansas City area concerts using the sympathy of others for personal benefit with going backstage, obtaining autographs then selling them for profit, as well as asking for & getting front row space made for him, etc.. This went on for a few years...until it was discovered by an under-cover investigator that the man wasn't paralyzed at all...he was pretending all that time. :(
Just teasing, Connie. He plays to the camera then dumps on a kid. Not fair. Period. He signs for plenty, plenty. But this stuff is not the best side of him.
And he should be more attentive out there, been there plenty, knows the drill, can and has done it whacked out of his mind (and admirably well, which I witnessed myself, lol) before. If life is that hard, hug your security and put them in front of you. Excuse me, excuse me.....pass. What if that kid's father or older brother was standing next to the kid?

Oh, I don't think he get's mad over losing money at all. Heck, he has plenty of money, and there isn't 'that' much he's autographed, that is genuine, being sold on Ebay anyway.
I think he feels exactly the way I do when this happens. Kid takes the time to be respectful autographing something he believes is for a loyal fan, he thinks it means something special to the person, which makes him feel special. Oh but no, he then see's the item on Ebay, and the person only 'used' him to make money, the autograph and time he took meant nothing at all to the person. That's gotta hurt his pride, rightfully so.
Hell, knowing Kid...that most definitely would piss him off as a matter of self respect, and out of respect for the thousands of fans who would've cherished that item & respected the time Kid took. Ain't no way Kid's gonna be thinking about money he's losing, he's gonna be thinking about how he was used and disrespected.. :(
If I was a celebrity...it sure as hell would piss me off too! I don't like being used either, in any aspect...no one does I don't think.
Because it's an accepted business practice in Hollywood. Pain in the butt, but industry bread and butter. You've looked at eBay? Autographs are an industry and have been for years. If you don't want it in your face, then avoid the camera, and let the security team do their job. He sure pays them enough. And signs enough autographs without complaint at industry event areas when he's happy. Why would you think he's wonderful for abusing someone?

You maybe right Blue, I heard it was a guy that they all Know as Autograph hunter. I forget his name but someone posted his ebay site and he sells all the Autographs he gets. I think he was polite as well. I know Bob has commented in interviews it pisses him off when peeps beg for autographs and then he sees the item on ebay the next day.
He was a young kid with a hearing impairment. Come on. It would have been so much better and well-placed if he had picked an adult to lose it on, especially one that was a real pain in the ass on camera beforehand. Plenty of those folks out there bleeding gossip camera time and attempting to interact with celebrities in ways to incite conflict. The kid was standing in a group of them and got singled for doing something he does everyday, he wasn't rude.

This is common and tedious at award time, but, sure wish he had chosen someone more his own age, without a hearing aid/speech difficulties, and more his own size to vent on. Really dumped on the kid. If you are going to go there, why pick a little kid? Bet he wishes now he hadn't handled it that way in front of gossip tv cameras.
