Yea. I worked in a nursing home and took care of several people in the later stages. The thought of it scares the crap out of me. I am suppose to go back to discuss treatments/meds. Just not sure which way I am going at this point. Oh well, it will all work out for the best.
Just diagnosed with MS last week. This is my third opinion. The first neurologist would not give a definite answer. He just kept saying, "we'll see. I hope not." Dude, you jam a foot long needle in my spine, ya better come up with a better answer! The new neurologist believes I may not have had the 2 sm. strokes but it was a slam dunk onset of the MS.

Thank goodness you could wear jeans. Our revised dress code got passed the just last 3 months of our senior year. Up until then, uniform city....even at a public school, just the colors varied. You rocked a pressed starched white cotton blouse, a cable knit sweater with the matching covered buttons, a skirt, Bonnie Doon cabled knee socks and Spalding's leather loafers with the dual tassels.
Never changed.
Guess folks could say the same thing now, in a sense, the hat, the jeans, the tee, and the sneakers has become a uniform too.
