I have never been more PROUD to be KID ROCK fan than I am NOW! He is true to his word - says what he means and means what he says! Due to his low ticket prices, I am going to three of his concerts this summer, June 29th in Holmdel NJ, July 6th in Scranton PA, and July 9th in Camden NJ. I live outside of Philadelphia and this morning on our local radio station 93.3 WMMR morning show "Steve and Preston" were talking about all the upcoming concerts this summer. I was outside of my work waiting to see if they would mention him.

Kid Rock is a scalper.
The 42-year-old Grammy winner, who is launching a summer tour where most tickets are priced at $20, said he's scalping about 1,000 tickets from each show to make up for the cheaper regular price.

This is not the first community of Kid Rock fans, and it surely will not be the last. I am glad to see the New Management is on the ball though, what better way to unite fans, then to create a myspace like atmosphere..
However, I see posts asking KRAA members to reunite. Referring to the old crew.. The Old Crew is still pretty much in tact. Let's be honest though, quite a few people are trying to relive something they were never quite a part of. Maybe years later some will forget, but those that were part of the KRAA clique, know who they are, and know what it was all about...
You see, quite frankly, The Old Crew as some refer to it as, ran from city to city, party to party, and had the time of our lives.. We came back to the KRAA message board and share stories, which quite honestly left a lot of people on the outside looking in... KRAA was a great time, but came to a crashing hault as there were just to many jealous people who couldn't take it.. Many many jealous outsiders, that wanted so badly to be insiders that they pretended to be...
Since KRAA ended, there have been numerous message boards, and numerous popularity contests.. It's pretty funny to me, because people that were never really down with what we did back then, are trying to do it now, and well, lets be honest, it just is not as cool...
So, for all of you people that cry and bitch about KevRock and his cronies, look at yourselves.. So Shameless in trying to reenact something I was part of. That I helped make thrive...Keep hating on me, but I know deep down the hate comes from the jealosy of not being down...

People come in and out of our lives everyday, its the ones that stick around that I call REAL friends! After I got out of prison the first time my mother asked the question..."if you could change one thing in your life, what would it be?" My answer has and always will be, NOT ONE THING! Pisses her off but oh well. Kev, those KRAA days I'm sure made hella memories, ones you'll forever! Like you said new days, new ways...I am glad our paths crossed! awww the good ole days! Although I do not claim to be a part of it, ( the KR revolution) I too, was hooked from the first time I heard his music. With his cocky attitude and in your face lyrics, I just knew he was my kind of musician. I aquired my first TAPE (bootleg) from my teenage daughter at the time. I don't remember how she got it (MJ memory) but she didn't have it long before MOM got ahold of it LOL
Anyhow, I am not offended or jealous of the fact that I was not able to be a part of it. Do I wish I was, of course....but real life steps in and sometimes doesn't allow us to do what we want at the time. I survived, I'm still here rockin to his music. Thats fine, I can live with the fact I have seen him more times than I have fingers and toes. but still never met the man! I could if it came down to it. One of his house's is right down the street from my Bro N law....But I'm not gonna stalk the man either lol If it happens, it happens!
As far as Kev goes....I have no problem with him either, or his views. I am the type of person who appreciates a person that speaks his mind. There will always be haters....hate usually comes from jealousy and there is plenty of that going around. Why can't people just be happy with what they have and what they have experienced and move on. Life is too damn short to be worried about what others have and what you wish you had.
I use to enjoy going to the boards on KRAA, yes I was a member, all be it a quiet one, and reading about you guys' adventures. I was entertained to say the least.
So keep doing what YOU do Kev and screw the rest...who cares what they think!! I'm sure you don't as you shouldn't.

I am sure that all of your had times that were unbelievable, however there are still more good times to be had and people to meet...I just think that don't criticize others for wanting to get social with your group or understand what you all share together....if everyone was so stand offish in the begining there would be no click....so why keep the wall up...and or shut out others, unless giving a reason?

I believe in what you are saying because into other areas like the KRAA days you talk about. I often wonder where my "old school" family went. They ended up in prison just like myself. They handout too much time for a little bit of fun.
