I think it is supposed to be temporary until the memebr gets around to posting their own avatar. I can understand why some don't post pics of themselves but I think they should atleast personalize their avatar a little.
Kim, I think you are correct. It's a default picture. Has to be but yeah I agree, they need to give fans more "BOB" pic choices!!!
