Obviously it is or they wouldn't be open for business! I'm in Texas, San Marcos to be exact, it's half an hour from Austin, and fireworks were banned this year for Most of Central TEXAS, not even the shows that the individual towns put on are going to happen 8( and to be honest, I haven't seen a single open fireworks stand!
