Not sure what type of cannon, from what era, but it's funky and well preserved. He ought to rent it out to the local Fourth parades and celebrations.

Guy down here will a Civil War model shot it a couple of years ago. Ended up cruising across a pool full of people and took out the entire side of the barn.

Nice cannon Bobby! I need one of those in my yard. Will you come pose for me if I get one? We can grill, take the pontoon boat out, have a few cold ones, maybe a bonfire, and set off that sucka and salute this wonderful land of the free I live on down here in Texas where we have acres of playground and the privilege to do whatever the hell we want! The weird thing is that I was just driving through my local cemetary last week and yeaterday eyeing up that silver cannon and thinking of that photo that I've wanted to take for over 3 yrs. now. We're on the same wave length I swear! How sad it was to see that vandles literally chopped off crosses on top of peoples graves...So many crosses chopped off and laying on the ground. I never saw that growing up, it was pretty disturbing. It put a damper on the holiday spirit for me, but what can ya do? You'll make it all better on the 6th I'm sure!
Oh my Gosh Kid I was trying to leave a message on your facebook page but to no avail....and I wrote for you to break out your cannon at the Pgh. Pa. show and shoot yourself straight towards me so I can really feel it and here you are standing right next to it! Cool picture! We have a really cool cannon at my local cemetary that I always wanted to take a photo of with me sitting on top of it....I'm gonna do it you inspired me now, or you got the fire up my you- know- what to just do it.
