Fabulous show last night in Winnipeg, Manitoba, in Canada, eh. Great selection of songs from the catalogue and different ways they were played and connected together in medleys. Liked the different pedal sound in Baw... for a change of pace. Acoustic songs and solo on keyboards a nice touch. Liked hearing Lay it On Me and Forever mixed in. Sound quality out in row 18 was great. Last time KR was at at MTS Centre I was close enough to almost catch a big diamond ring that slid off his sweaty finger. It bounced straight up and I put my hand out to catch it. Bob caught it first bounce. I wanted to catch it so I can find him and do the right thing and say, "I'm no saint but I believe in what is right" and put it in his hand. All Summer Long done a capella nearly, lots of morroca, into piano chords sounded like Sympathy for the Devil for a few bars too. Great night, looking at the tour schedule to hope and catch it again. Kinda hope he'll lose the instrumental section in the middle, we've all heard him scratch, bang drums, and do Cat Scratch chords, how 'bout squeezing in Ramblin Gambling Man or an old Little Feat tune like Down on the Farm or the Wasted Time/Paradise mashup again. Need to get Jessica Wagner out on the extended stage too, make my night! Until next time, this my fifth chance to see KR and TBT was best yet. Can't wait for next one.
