    If you are a member of Kid Rock's fan club wanting to purchase tickets in next week's "Born Free" Tour presales, please take a moment to make sure you can access The Kid Rock Congregation homepage at http://www.kidrock.com/group/kid-rock-congregation/. All of the instructions will be posted there as soon as possible. Please make sure you can access The KRC homepage BEFORE Tuesday!

    If you would like to become a member of The Kid Rock Congregation to gain access to Kid Rock's "Born Free" Tour presales, visit http://www.kidrock.com/become-a-member/.

     

    If you are a member and you cannot access The KRC homepage from the link above, please follow these steps:


    1. Make sure you are signed in to KidRock.com. If you need to sign in or join KidRock.com, scroll to the top of the site and click "SIGN IN" or "JOIN KIDROCK.COM".

     

    2. See if you can access The Kid Rock Congregation home page now: http://www.kidrock.com/group/kid-rock-congregation/.

     

    3. If you still cannot access, visit http://www.kidrock.com/edit-account

     

    4. You will see TWO Account Options. One to manage your KRC account and one to manage your KidRock.com account. Please edit BOTH and make sure that your email address and password are exactly the same for both memberships.

     

    5. Log out, log back in and try visiting The KRC homepage again. http://www.kidrock.com/group/kid-rock-congregation/.

     

    6. If you still cannot access The KRC homepage and the presale instructions, please email memberships@thekrc.com for assistance. Please do this as far IN ADVANCE of Tuesday as possible!

     

    If you have any additional questions regarding the fan club, feel free to post them in the comments and we will try to answer as many of them as possible. Please do not ask when the presales begin or for the presale link. All of that information will be posted as soon as possible on The KRC homepage.

I too cannot access the presale ticket link (for today's Detroit) This looks like it has been a problem looking at the comments below. You have a glitch in the system. Help!!!!!

they said for the 7/13 show tickets go on sale at 10am on 4/16. its almost 10:30 why are they not on sale yet. i am a krc member

Dont worry all memebers who are having problems getting tickets, I know kid rock himself doesnt have much to do with this website, it ran by the record company but I will be seiing him this wknd he hangs out at my work in detroit alot and i actually talk to him quite a bit and plan on bringing up this problem with him about the website and how many of his true fans got screwed over for pre slae tickets, including me!!!!

I too cannot access the pre-sale ticket link. I get kicked back to the member sign-in page every time. Has anyone figured out this problem?

Dear kid rock admin, this sucks, i still dont see the option to buy the tickets for the cleveland show at blossom as welll as many other shows dont have the option to buy the tickets. Why not??, Im very dissapointed at the website and this whole processs it sucks for members like us who get emails that were going to be able to get tickets and cant becuase something is not working correctly!!. will there be a presale for the clevleand show at all or am i stuck waiting for them to go on sale this wknd too????

i was never able to get on and get the presale tickets for the show in pittsburgh...........was anyone able to get through on those ?? i guess we all wait now for the sale for the general public on saturday ?? if the pittsburg ones did go on for fans- can you still get on and get them or is it to late ?? i allready asked for a vacation day from work to go.............hope i end up with a ticket that isnt in the field this year !! fingers crossed that i get a good ticket .............

Hi - yes it makes sense, but I think something else must have happened. It's been over 24 hours now since the tickets went on sale and I just checked, they are still selling tickets in sec 3. I can't imagine that many people all put tickets in their cart by 2:04 to then not buy them. But thank you for responding, I will sit in my sec 5 seats come 7/9 and have a wonderful time :)

@LJEWELL - There is a 4 ticket limit per member per show. @DD - We are so sorry you are disappointed. The reason that better seats are sometimes available later is because when the presale first starts, everyone rushes to put all of the tickets in their shopping carts. Many of these people do not complete their ticket purchases, so after 6 minutes the tickets become available again for everyone else to purchase. Does that make sense?

Hi - I'm a little disappointed. I was on my computer at 2:00pm buying tickets for the Boston show. We have been to 4 shows in Boston and this time since I was parts of the KRC I thought, awesome I can get great seats. I bought my 2 seats, a bit bummed they were in sec 5 (sec 1-3 being in front), but figured oh well. A few hours later I checked just for kicks since then I have seen all sorts of seats selling in sections 1 & 3, seriously? that is so not fair...

Just paid 9.95 to renew my membership and can't get on KRC to buy pre-sale tickets. I might kill someone. WTF is going on?? How do I get on?? It keeps bringing me back to KRC page but can't get any further.

Kid Rock Admin, I just wanted to let you know how disappointed I am with the VIP package I purchased today. I was under the impression that my tickets would be in roll 1 thur 10 and they are in the 20th. I was online at exactly 1:15 when they went on sale. What is the purpose of the delux membership?

I have been having the same problem since 12:45pm for the Cleveland Show. This really sucks. Who ever is running this website...SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm having all the same problems, so glad it's not just me. I paid the $9.95 also and thought because I just did it yesterday, it was maybe taking awhile to post my payment, but I guess that's not it! I'll keep trying, if not the LIVE NATION pre-sale starts tomorrow at 10:00, not sure of the password yet, hoping I get an e-mail from live nation with the password!

I paid $9.95 to become a member so I could purchase pre-sale tickets and so did my brother. Then when I went on-line to purchase tickets, there were no lawn seats available in the pre-sale. We like to sit in the lawn because there is a large group of us that go and sit together so I paid the $9.95 for nothing and so did my brother. Will keep my fingers crossed that I can get lawn seats this Saturday when they go on sale to the public.

I've been trying to get my pre-sale tickets since 12:15. That's what time the e-mail said they would go on-line. I can logged in fine, but there's still no link to buy tickets for the July12th Concert..... HELP!!!!

Admin, when I follow your link for the presale info or the link on the home page of kidrock.com, it takes me to the KRC become a member page. I'm signed in, and I sign in again at the KRC page, but it just redirects me to the home page. Emails also get returned. Please fix! Thanks

I have access to the site, can get to where it sais to buy tickets but the buy tickets option for the cleveland show still isnt there so i can get the tickets. whats happening with this??, why isnt it working??, i routed my whole day around 12:45 when they were supposed to go on sale and so far nothing, im not very happy about this at all!!!

was anyone able to get tickets throught the advanced sale fo the july 6th concert ??? just curious...............i wanted to get thebbq/ticket combo so i could be close to Bob !! my heart is broken.................i feel bad for the whole Kid Rock crew though cuz i know they try so hard to make everything fair and run smoothly.................something just went haywire i guess............:( i will probaly end up in the lawn..............oh well.....been there at least a dozen times............hahahahaha

i have been trying to get tickets since the time started and all i do is go from kid rock home to KRC and back..........no tickets for me.........i am soooooooooo sad and a little angry....not sure hwat happened...........i am just sick...........
